its fraud, scam don't trust them
dear all
today i find out that that over 11 years i have been paying £10 a month to this company .
i have never used or all heard of.
they have been taking £10 a month for 11 years from my card , i was in shock , still am , i thought i was going to have a heart attack when i saw this .
they claim that they send me emails every month , never received any, then they claim that i must of tick a box..and that's how it started ...
i have contacted my bank and i will contact my solicitor and get advice to get it all back.
i am very upset and ashamed that i didn't see it before on account. i always use direct debit so i wasn't aware this was happening.
i wrote to them asking for the full refund of 11 years as this company never sent out any contract to me or any renew yearly to me. snake like....
i want everyone to know that this is fraud and a scam , check your account , if you see money going out everymonth , ring up bank and find out what it is.
i want my full refund back as this is bad news and shocking to find out and i would never agree to anything like this , they took from a credit card i used to buy something online. that what they said to me.
i wait to hear from them, i wonder how many other people are paying out for this service and not aware of it.
