Look elsewhere for your equipment.
There is no reason to buy from this company. The products they carry are widely available elsewhere, and their pricing is entirely uncompetitive, matching standard industry rates without any unique discounts. Furthermore, their customer support is incredibly frustrating. Every attempt to call for technical assistance was hindered by a severe language barrier. To make matters worse, during one troubleshooting request, I was sent an instructional video in a foreign language. Look elsewhere for your equipment.

I liked the helpful knowledgeable staff. The shipping was fast for our replacement panels. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that I couldn’t get my original panels without purchasing 10 to replace 2 a tree fell on. They did offer 4 compatible panels. But the system we have is awesome and I recommend the company every time someone asks about our system.

We totally understand the frustration with the 10-panel minimum. Because panels are oversized freight, manufacturers often require freight pallet minimums for specific models. We are really glad you were able to get everything sorted out and that the system is still treating you well!

Talked with Bruce today for several minutes about the solar project I’m working on. There was hardly any wait time to talk to customer service and he helped out a ton. He was super down to earth and incredibly knowledgeable in suggestions for what I needed. I bought the wrong product with advance from your sales rep.. got 24V, needed 12 volt system.. I'll keep it and figure out how to use with a 12v system.. I will not pay 20% restocking fee and pay to send back.. thanks..
