Extremely Disappointing Experience – Misleading Advertising and Terrible Quality

I am extremely disappointed with this company and the products I received. The dress and shoes were advertised on the website as beautiful, high-quality items. However, what arrived was completely different from what was shown in the pictures.

The dress is made of incredibly cheap, poor-quality fabric and is very poorly tailored. The shoes look like they are made of inexpensive synthetic material, seemingly painted to imitate leather. The quality is nowhere near what was advertised or what I expected based on the website.

Even more concerning was the extremely strong chemical or glue-like odor coming from the products. The smell was so overwhelming that my family and I immediately developed headaches, with one of us even experiencing a feeling of faintness. This was not simply a matter of disliking the products; it was a genuinely concerning experience.

I contacted the company, provided photographs showing the poor quality of the merchandise, and requested a refund. To my disbelief, they offered me a replacement instead. Why would I want another item from a company that has already sent me products of such unacceptable quality? A replacement does not address my concerns or restore my confidence in their business.

When I insisted on a refund, they informed me that I would have to pay international return shipping fees to send the merchandise back. I have no idea which country these products were shipped from, and I find it completely unreasonable that I should have to pay additional international shipping costs to return items that are so drastically different from what was advertised.

This entire experience has been frustrating, misleading, and unacceptable. The products do not match the website’s presentation, the quality is appalling, and the customer service response has been deeply disappointing.

I would strongly caution other customers to think carefully before ordering from this company. The beautiful photographs on the website do not reflect the quality of the merchandise I actually received. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I just arrived on my cruise ship from Iceland and went to this incredible store. It is truly a woman’s sophisticated dress shop. The owner helped me for one solid hour to buy a beautiful black dress and a leopard print shirt. She has excellent taste and is all about making her customers feel wonderful. Hillary Caston.

Extremely professional company! There products are exactly as shown on their website. Shipping is quick too!

Never received my order. After a month, I asked for a refund on the order. Then several months later they still did not process so I had to request a charge back. They have emailed me stating that my orders will be canceled and email will be blocked.

I wish I would've looked at these reviews before I purchased the clothing. The product material was not nearly as nice as the photos and when I requested a return the NEXT day, they advised that they couldn't return 2 of them, I had to pay for shipping and their links showed a 15% restocking fee. The response was, I shouldn't have purchased them. No apologies, no courtesy, just pure rudeness. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BOUTIQUE. IM STUCK WITH THE poor quality product that's over 200. I'd rather eat this and let consumers know not to buy from there. What a horrible experience and my first time trying this place. Rude and way overpriced for the quality.

I bought a package and it arrived damaged. One piece was stained and the other missing a flower. This mistake was the post office fault but dealing with the refund has been a struggle. When sharing with them that I am not satisfied they told me to shop at a different boutique and they would be happy to deactivate my account. I do alot of online clothes shopping and they seem rude. I also placed an order on 4/29 and it is 5/20 and I still did not receive a shipping notification.

I wish I can say I love shopping here, but they’re clothes are overpriced and on top of that they run large I’m a size small and all their clothing that I have purchased the size small fits like a medium. Every time I do a return it literally takes a whole week. Sometimes they be coming out with specials and you’ll be wanting to get something and you can’t because they take super long to give you the store credit so that’s a bit frustrating. You get three stars for fast shipping and Good Quality clothing.
