put in an order that was confirmed and wasn’t even informed until almost two weeks later that they didn’t even have some of what i ordered in stock. unbelievable. if i could give zero stars i would.

I am not sure who is in charge of this company but they are awful.
My first order was all frozen items, it was late arriving, no ice packs or insulated cooler. Items were opened, completely thawed. Had to throw it all out.

Contacted them, offered a replacement order or a refund. I took the replacement...just arrived...no ice packs or insulation..items just thrown into the box...product opened and all over inside the box. Had to throw it allnout again.
They have yet to respond to my email on this one.
I ordered from them only because they have items my regular place does not. Never again.
DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY.

I can’t say enough good things about Vejii!
The prices are fair.
The delivery was fast.
The food was frozen solid.
The packaging was excellent.
The customer service when I had a concern was exemplary!
Vejii is an outstanding company!

I have ordered several times from Veggii. They have a wonderful and large selection of vegan food I am unable to get where I live. Recently an order came to me with a problem. They corrected the problem within an hour and reshipped my order. It was excellent customer service and a gold standard for a company that stands behind their products. I would highly recommend Veggii.

If i could give this experience no stars i would.
First the order was late, never received any notification it shipped.
I ordered frozen product. Opened up the cooler, the order was wrong and everthing was hot. Looks like it had been sitting somewhere for days. Disgusting, had to throw it all out.
Terrible experience.

Vejii express has Been a fantastic option when looking to stock up vegan food. The product selection is awesome and I’m always able to make a new product discovery. The customer service is flawless, they are quick to respond and genuinely show they care . Thank you

Update: The refund has been issued in a timely manner. Unfortunately, shipping arrangements for frozen food are just not satisfactory from Texas to Maryland, so I can no longer order my frozen vegan seafood from this company. I do hope the website is updated to make delivery issues very clear to consumers outside of Texas.

No idea how the food tastes because, for the SECOND time, Vejii has sent my order without any refrigeration whatsoever, even though I paid extra for the packaging (some kind of "green" styrofoam stuff and NO dry ice!!! If Vejii can't ship to Baltimore, MD in a timely manner and keep the food frozen, it should not be offered online! I don't understand why a company would do this. Also, I cannot reach anyone at customer service. The first order took months to refund. No idea how long this one will take or if I will ever see my money again. This is so ridiculous. I am beyond disappointed and intend to let the companies who trust Vejii to ship their products what a poor job they do!

Package arrived promptly, but was missing an item. I contacted support and they resolved the issue within the day, which was very nice!

Vejii express has been a great option when looking for vegan food. I find products here I can’t find in other stores. Plus you get rewarded for shopping with vejii bucks. The customer service is fabulous. They are quick to respond, help and make it right. Thank you

ShopVejii is a great company! They take my order and get right on it, sending me all my favorite vegan products. The customer service is really quick to get back to you if you email them! They always solve my issues with ease and have kept me up appraised of any change in my order and have never let me down. I love their service.

Ordered from ShopVejii for the first time a couple weeks ago & I could not be more happy with the experience!
I was so excited that I could order even frozen vegan/vegetarian items and have them delivered! I live in a very rural area in the midwest, so as you can imagine trying to find vegan items is a challenge! Even though my package sat in front of my house on an almost 80 degree day for several hours, everything was still cold!
I did end up missing one item that I had ordered and I contacted ShopVejii and they refunded my account right away.
Can't wait to place another order!

Not only do they offer top notch products, now they're more "green" than ever! By utilizing Green Cell Foam Products as insulation for their frozen products and dry ice to keep them cold longer, they've become a leader in packaging.

I have always had a great experience with vejii. They have reasonably priced products, good sale options, and if a product is not in stock, they alert you immediately. I highly recommend this service.

I have used vejii.com before and had great service. A few days after placing my most recent order I had not received a shipping notice, so I contacted customer service. I got a quick reply with an explanation for the slowness AND a promise that the order would be shipping that same day.

At first they had a software glitch but goit right on it and delivered my order EASTER sunday!

This is my first experience with Vejii. The website is easy enough to navigate, and the items I was looking for were easy to find. I had a question about my order, as it kept coming up with something I was not expecting, so I called customer service to see what I should do. The person I spoke to was very helpful and understanding. She took the time to listen to my problem, and she was able to solve it very quickly. She was very personable, professional, and helpful.
