Prices are the best. Amazing delivery times from other side of the world. Very solid packaging. Great after sales support and even better over all support from the "contact" you are provided with every order. I have had pieces break while I was handling them - immediately replaced. One time there was a very small screw hole cover missing on one side of the model I bought - replaced immediately. Lost a package once during delivery and although we did have to give it time to not show up, understandably, but as soon as that seemed the case I received a new one about 2 weeks later.

J'ai même réussi à gérer l'envoi d'une pièce sur un robot que j'avais cassé. J'espère qu'ils vont encore rester à ce niveau pendant de longues années.

ShowZ carries a wide selection of 3rd party and 4th party Transformer figures, as well as other stuff. They have outstanding customer service, very fair pricing, and great shipping. They package very secure so it arrives in great condition. I highly recommend them for your collection. If you're reading this, I assume you are a collector.

ShowZ is the best place to shop for transformers and action figures. It provides a good selection of products, low prices, and fast shipping. What is the most important is their excellent customer service. They replied to emails and their site messages quickly. They helped me resolve issues with replacement parts or shipping promptly. For example, USPS could not deliver one of my packages recently due to the shipping company’s error. ShowZ quickly sent me a replacement package. I certainly would highly recommend ShowZ.

Quick to replies to any queries, and set reasonable expectations. When I have issues with any products, their after-sales support is unmatched. I've purchased close to 100 items from ShowZ and have only had issues on less than 5%, and those were from delivery issues - which ShowZ corrected every time.

This company has always gone above and beyond to guarantee that every transaction with them goes perfectly. Not even in the face of the recently nebulous tariff situation did they try and take advantage of their customers - They always do everything they can to make sure you're getting a fair price, fast shipping, and excellent after-sale service.
