I've been shopping at ShowZ store for the past 4 years. Generally great service for those who can handle ordering a toy from the other side of the planet. They do great shipping and protect the boxes better than anything I've ever received from AliExpress. Reminder that you are ordering a toy from thousands of miles away and these toys end up in the hands of local USA based shipping agents. That is where your local driver tries to smash the boxes or toss them in bushes. ShowZ has been great about making sure I get my package in the end and is super good at contacting the shady 3rd Party factories for replacement pieces. Their after service is better than anything you can get on eBay or Ali.

There can be tense moments waiting for toys to arrive, but I like ShowZ's pricing and support so much that they're my #1 source for Transformers.

The absolute best store to purchase 3rd Party figures from. Their customer service is extremely dependable and I've never had issues. They're very easy to contact and get in touch with. Thanks for the great service you provide Show Z!

Scrivo una buona recensione nonostante non abbia ricevuto il mio ordine per colpa dei corrieri perché sono stati onesti nel rimborsarmi (cosa non così scontata negli acquisti online).
Detto questo da risolvere alcune criticità come la messaggistica lenta e i corrieri (GLS scandalosa nel non essere in grado di comunicare con nessuno).
Per me negozio consigliato e proverò ad effettuare altri ordini.

Terrible! Had issues with a wheeljack sent pictures they offered me 5.00 and no replacement. They wanted me to send them an unboxing video to determine if my claim was legit? Filed a paypal claim got my money back.

Nous avons reçu le colis le 06 juillet 2023,en bon état, super bien protégé.

i had gotten an expensive figure and the wait wasnt that bad but the product came in defective but it wasnt their fault, i loved their customer service and they stayed in touch with me for getting the replacement parts and the parts did come. ive never experienced such caring customer service

Show.Z Store / Gundamit has been very fast to ship in stock items for all my orders so far.

They do what they can to help protect the shipping box from the carrier system during transit by using plastic corner protectors on all packages along with double layer cardboard that's heavily taped up. I'm fairly certain the corner protectors have helped save at least two of my orders from more prominent crushed box damage in transit, to no fault of the business.
