I have ordered from ShowZ many times now. These one star reviews are flukes, or lies. Shiw Z is one of the best in the game! They're the only toy company I've ordered from, and my collection is MASSIVE, that actually put hard plastic corner pieces on their boxes to prevent the box from being crushed. I live in the US so they travel a long way, and always arrive in excellent condition. An item specific review here is dumb because showz does not make these toys, it simply sells them. If you're reviewing a product you had an error with, you're ignorant. This is a review of the company itself and they have stellar, 5 star ratings in every category as far as I'm concerned. Many companies could learn a thing or 2 about packing shipping from ShowZ.

At first I was dubious but I need not have worried. Delivery was amazingly quick, I have waited for stuff in the uk for much longer. Packaging was the best, I have never had something arrive packaged so well. I will definitely being using this company again. Well done showzstore for getting it so right!

Great selection and prices. Shipping is always fast and their customer service is very responsive when I have rarely needed it.

Getting hard to beat ShowZ these days.

Showzstore for 3 year and have only had excellent service. The points system is great . You earn points and can take them off the value of a figure. I also bought a figure then a month later it was reduced in price they gave me the difference back in points. IMO the best and always go to them first.

I purposed figures for years from many online stores. Never had any issue like with Showz. I purchased the transformer figure as the "battle damaged ver.. Showz shipped me a figure got in a battle somehow damaged. I first thought is a display model as it's on sale. My finger got dirty while playing with it. However, after I removed a few pieces and tried to clean it, I was shocked. The interior of the figure is way more worse. Basically, it's covered with greasy dirt inside out. And the piece I disassembled already broken inside. I have to believe showz just picked up something from garbage disposal and wiped the exterior and shipped to me. It's a deceitful business and they scam people. They could have paid big $ for those ytbers to promote their store on video. but, normal buyers should stay away from that store. there are many other stores to choose from.

Good shipping prices. also I got my package with the best boxing I have ever seen. I definitely recommend

I frequently order from Showzstore and have had mostly no issues, however this time around, received an upgrade kit for volcanicus and it was missing a piece. Made several attempts to contact, got one reply directing me to another link and still never heard any reply. Very poor customer service

Ordered a Transformers Model. Arrived after some time thats to COVID related delays. Very impressed with the level of addtional packaging to protect the item. Very happy.

I wanted to buy an Optimus Prime third party Transformer figure, and came across this website. Never heard of them (but then again, I'm not really a collector and not active in the world of collecting), but decided on taking the plunge.

I was happy to see that everything went really careful and structured. Package was well packed and delivered quickly. Happy customer here and I'll definitely be back for the next Transformer!

Purtroppo sono alla prima esperienza con show. Z store e devo dire che per ora è piuttosto negativa. Ho comprato da loro un robo della serie macross con spedizione gratuita, mi è arrivato dopo un mese, ma non è questo il problema, il problema grave è che mi è arrivato il pacco completamente schiacciato come una sottiletta.Io sono uno che tiene tantissimo alle scatole dei prodotti perché magari un domani rivendo o scambio i robo, quindi uno che te li ricompra o li scambia la prima cosa che nota è la scatola che deve essere quasi perfetta.Ovviamente non ho accettato il pacco è quindi penso tornerà indietro a loro. Ho scritto tante volte al sito e prima di capirci ci abbiamo messo tanto, rispondono in maniera lenta, e comunque mi hanno detto alla fine che prima vogliono ricevere il pacco, poi dovrebbero rimborsarlo.Ora il pacco ci ha messo un mese per arrivare un'altro mese per tornare indietro, sperando che gli arrivi perché se andasse perso nel ritorno ho come l'impressione che ci rimetterei i miei soldi, speriamo bene. In futuro scriverò altri commenti in merito a show z store visto che ho 4 preorder con loro....... Speriamo bene.

I'm quite surprised to be the first English review for ShowZStore but here goes.

Short review: I've bought one fairly expensive model kit, and it came without trouble. Would certainly buy from here again. Wouldn't rate any less than 4 or 5 stars.

Long Review: I generally buy something cheap from any online shop I've never been to just to assess whether or not I can trust them however this was an exception due to the nature of what I was buying.

The item I purchased was a very niche model kit (MoJiangHun Getter Robo Devolution Getter-1 Model Kit.) The reason I am calling it niche is because (as far as I know) it is a bootleg of a far more expensive action figure from Sen-ti-nel toys RIOBOT line. This is not a product by ShowZStore, they are simply selling it.

Anyway, ShowZStore had stock of this model kit, and they were the only reasonable choice after window shopping online. I thought, what the heck, and bought it. Soon after I received a tracking number and about 1 to 2 weeks later the model kit arrived in good condition.

I had no problems so I'm hesitate to rate my experience any less than 4 or 5 stars. I unfortunately may not buy again as I often get big name brands like Bandai etc model kits. Certainly ShowZStore stock them as well, but I often buy them from other sites. However, if there is another small brand model kit, I will certainly consider buying from ShowZStore again. They seem to stock big and small name brands, excellent for anyone trying to find niche model kits.

Ottimo sito cinese per reperire a buon prezzo action figure, robot e transformers. Considerando la spedizione internazionale, i tempi di consegna sono abbastanza accettabili. Da tenere a mente è anche la probabilità di dover pagare le spese doganali di importazione. Ottima anche l'usabilità generale del sito.
