Shurgard Self Storage - Chadwell Heath Reviews 

I cannot fault the customer service that I have received when visiting the store today. Firstly the air con was much needed and then to be greeted with a pleasant smile and great energy from Cheryll. She was a ray of sunshine on this already sunny day. Gave me a walk around if the building and explained all the details and made sure that I understood. I didn't want a reservation even though this was offered to me as I'm still thinking about what it is I want to do.

I had a storage space in their Chadwell Heath branch for a couple of years. The service was always good and friendly. The app is great for gaining access.

What I didn't like was the car park being very small and often with the security gate left open on the weekends, which defeats the object.

Eventually, I left because they hiked the prices substantially. I would recommend to anyone to make sure you buy your own storage space insurance from a 3rd party. It's way way cheaper than just accepting the Shurguard insurance.

Cheryll was an outstanding assistant in helping me figure out what storage unit I needed, she aided me with everything and I recommend her excellent customer service to anyone who goes to the Shurgard Chadwell Heath!

Mr T is undergoing hospital treatment &counselling to date& has articulated his thoughts were poss. 
It has come at a time of bereavement& other things too. Its to be noted client hasn't faltered on his monthly payment to date but shurgard has created a scene for confusion now.so? spotting a new increase thru harassment by Shurgard from £164+ to just under £200 PCM& an attempt to remove Mr T's from his unit has started in JAN26 however its impossible albeit its made everything untenable/confusing, Mr T however remains resolute to get to bottom of it/litigate the unfair practices they have pursued thru aggressive unfairness starting with the heightened increase of fees in which they have now again increased just only within less than 10/mths which under the consumer act needs to be fair,just and reasonable not to talk about the deception of trying to remove some1 from their current unit to another as a ploy to that final push later!
His Health comes first too but they also have to answr to these unjust ways!

Mr T also doesn't have any additional financial muscle to go higher whenever they just wish to increase& he had taken unit based on his budget. He also hasn't brought new issues unto himself and its seen here as a method of later roping and entrapment of clients short /long term(assisted thru dictation)

I go to the stroage place everyday. We require the app to unlock the lift and the app requires Internet but, there is 0 network connection inside the building and because of this I usually have to stand there for a long time to make the lift to work. Usually things like this works with Bluetooth but Shurgard decided to use Internet when there is 0 network inside their building. At least get wifi for the customers. It is soo frustrating that I have decided to leave this stroage maybe in a one or two months.

Had a problem with the lock on our allocated unit. New unit allocated within a few minutes. Member of staff took us to our unit and explained everything we needed to do for access etc. Very happy with the service and customer care.

Very bad experience in shurgard because i bought some stuff from my friend but manager charge full amount 2 days of my contract I'll remove my stuff next month from shurgard chadwell heath.
