The team is super responsive and available. The whole process is easy and intuitive and the rent is cheap. Could use some more clarity on monthly renewal policy.

Terrible. Combative staff. Lazy, and insulting. Seriously overpriced and poor value for money. Get out as soon as your deal period runs out and if you can avoid it, just don't use them. Pretty sure they violate many consumer rights laws but one feels beholden to them because they have your property. The greenwich branch is terrible; lazy, combative staff that harass you with phone calls and are unprofessional. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

well i gave fourteen days notice not 15 to leave evacuate all they refund me is £5 so apparentley i more day notice cost me to lose around half a month refund £80

We had such amazing wrap around care. I never expected to receive so much help, especially a few days before Christmas.

Our mover recommended you, though his guy caused us lots of problems, Shurgard were amazing at helping me sort it out. I was still in another city so unable to attend the premises for a few days. We stored at Kensington but Adam and Pascal at Greenwich were amazing on the phone sorting everything from upgrades to access at a late hour.
Annette in North Kensington was a star as well as the other man there, I just don't remember his name.
Thank you for going above and beyond during a very stressful time.

In this day and age no one likes to help, and everywhere sends you to your computer to 'Do it yourself'
