Shurgard Self Storage - Tonbridge Reviews

Really happy with Tonbridge Shurgard.
Always hugely helped by Nancy in the office. Always goes above and beyond to help and is an absolute asset to the company.
Have been using shurgard for 15 years but the Tonbridge site is simply the best.
Will be back as always!

Nancie was brilliant and made the process easy and quick. I would give her ten stars for her professionalism, knowledge and friendly approach.

We have recently taken a locker at the Tonbridge Kent location. The manager Nancie was incredibly helpful and set up everything very efficiently. Nice new unit and access works well.

Since Shurgard took over I have not experienced any issues with my storage. Whilst I have not had any interaction with the main online process/support centre, the on-site customer service has continued to be professional and helpful, especially from Nancie and her team.

This is for the Tonbridge branch. They were very helpful in terms of getting a low price and explaining the process over the phone.
Nancy the receptionist took me clearly through the process when I visited, and on the day that I had a removal lorry turning up, everything went smoothly.
There were a couple of pillars (ceiling supports) within the storage unit - apparently they all have them - and I think it would be helpful to mention that as they could get in the way of large pieces of furniture, although I should probably have visited sooner to check it out.

Nancie was a great help, showing me how to download the app and then access the storage facility. She then took the time to show me around and ensure that I was fully familiar with entry and exit procedures.
I would recommend Shurgard and Nancie, in particular.

Was really easy to book. The service on site was great! A very simple and straightforward service that works really well.

The staff at Tonbridge is great & the facilities are top notch, too. Nancie is always friendly & helpful & whenever I've been to the office, the temporary staff, in this case, Dan, is equally welcoming & kind. Even more importantly, they're a highly efficient team & clearly proud of their company. The Tonbridge branch offers access to storage facilities after office hours using Bluetooth; premises feel brand new & spacious; there are no hidden costs & the cancellation process is simple.

Nannie is always ready to offer assistance and answer all questIons.

Very helpful staff, the checkin process was simple amd they answered all my queries in store (Tonbridge)

Everything about my experience with Shurgard Tonbridge has been excellent. Simple process to hire a unit and move in. Nancie is always very helpful with anything required and she runs a very clean and organised place.

Nancie‘s approach to customer service is first class. I recently moved storage units and her assistance with the process was invaluable. Thank you again.

Nancie is always very helpful and goes above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service. This is the main reason why I have remained at Shurgard Tonbridge.

Excellent customer service from the team who are all very responsive - Nancie really makes you feel welcome and knows you. It is easy to enter and leave at flexible times on app system.

We have rented a unit at Shurgard Tonbridge since last October and it has been of immense benefit to us as we went through a lengthy selling and buying process. During this time Nancie has been very helpful to us and always been cheerful and positive!
