I got the wrong pair of shoes.Received black colour instead of ecru

Ordered 2 pairs of boots on 13 July 24. Returned one pair and tracking says they received them on 22 July. No acknowledgement of return and no refund to date.
The email addresses given on the website return mail as undeliverable and the only contact telephone number 02476 937398 is constantly engaged. Understand the company has gone into liquidation which doesn’t look good for getting my money (or boots) back. Do not use!

Order arrived very quickly and I was able to track the order. The order arrived the next day, very quick.

Please don’t buy from this company. They have gone or are going into Liquidation.
I had a 12 plan treatment programme with them at nearly £400, only used 4 sessions.
All stores are closed. No head office contact.
FTS Recovery appointed as liquidators.

Appalling. The shoes do not fit. No response from customer service by email or telephone. All the shops have closed down so no way of contacting you.

Great product, excellent delivery time

I had placed an order on the 24th May 2024 and had since returned the items. I have emails to confirm that they have received my returns. Since they have gone into liquidation (I discovered this after doing some research on the web to find any sort of contact details), where does this leave me with my refund? Who can I call on to assist to get my money back? Please assist.

I bought three pairs of boots online. I returned two pairs to the address on their online returns policy as no returns instructions on the small invoice sticker they sent out with the boots. A week late courier returned them - not at this address. Emails to returns@shuropody... and contactus@shuropody... bounced back as undeliverable. The phone number on the website is constantly busy all day every day. I even took the boots into town to send them back via the shop but there's a notice on the door saying they ceased trading in June 24. After some research the original company went into administration in 2022 but were bought out. The new company is still active on Companies House but is late filing their first year accounts. I've reported all this to Trading Standards. Be wary of buying from Shuropody as you won't get a refund.

I returned a pair of sandals on 16th July by tracked mail. I am still waiting for a refund. Have messaged twice on their contract form- no reply and tried to phone but the line is constantly busy

I cannot get a response from Shuropody re a refund for podiatry treatment. I paid £399 on 23 April 2024 for a series of 12 podiatry treatments at the Kingston upon Thames branch. After 2 treatments, the Kingston branch was closed. The branch manager forwarded our details to the head office for a refund. We received no response. I have sent a further 4 messages on the contact form but still received no reply. The phone number given on this site, 02476 937398, does not ring. I would really appreciate a swift response given how long this issue has been unresolved.

I knew what your shoe sizes were like for me and I took a chance it would be ok.
