Victor M was amazing - he was so friendly and efficient. He cleaned everything up and left it as he found it. He was chatty and very helpful, answered all my questions too. Couldn’t have asked for more!

I have used SF previously and had a good experience. I have recently moved and decided to choose SF again in my new property. It was very straightforward and easy to choose my new shutters thanks to the helpful surveyor Tyler who advised. Looking forward to having them fitted and seeing the finished product!

The fact they will come and measure up, and fit really takes the pressure off for a very competitive price.

The quality is great. The colleague who visited and fitted the shutters was very good, (Alfie), and explained everything about the design etc.
The reason for only giving a 3 star is down to the after care service. I am still waiting for them to get back to me after 3 weeks now. After spending a lot of money I do not find this acceptable

Great service and price

From Luca's initial patient advice and knowledgeable guidance right through to his expert installation, his attention to detail, clean work, manners.... I can only say the whole process has been excellent. I am thrilled with the quality and finish of the shutters - Luca has educated me about the paulownia wood used. Well worth the 12 week wait, although it seemed an age at the time!

The shutters are fabulous ! Chris who came to measure and Greg who came to fit them were great, professional and friendly. The only reason that 5 stars not given was the length of time we waited and the lack of contact from the company. We ordered at beginning of December and they were fitted 10th March so not the 6 to 8 weeks that are stated. There was no information from them as to why or even just to keep in touch. Greg who came was a very careful and thorough person he worked methodically and checked everything as he worked. We were very happy with the way he worked throughout the day.
