Great delivery service - next day delivery and exactly what I needed as accessories for shutters, but a star taken off because I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone and because I couldn’t get a proper VAT receipt.

Apprehensive ? Yes ? Don't be, we ordered our shutters with some apprehention, no need. Service was very good, detailed drawings sent almost immediately for approval prior to manufacture, replied straight away to any questions and provided us with very nice shutters that were easy to fit. Thank you
