Need to replace several louvres after a fall in the kitchen . The shutters were 10+ years old and as such didn’t think I would get anything to replace them .Shutterplus sent me free colour samples and now have perfect replacements. Thank you to the guy I spoke to on the phone to clarify what I exactly needed to order .

Ordered pinewood shutters 3 for 2 on 24th April. drawings came through on the 28th April. I approved them. not further contact from them since. Ive sent two emails to them and tried calling. no answer, goes to voicemail or just someone hangs up. The webpage just states that you have placed an order but no status or tracking.

We have made a few purchases from Shutterplus (blind mechanisms) and they've always supplied what we need. Sometimes the delivery times take longer than 2-3 days but that's to do with the Parcelforce service.
If we phone them they always answer and sort out any queries we have. A very good company.

Just brilliant service - helped me measure - then ordering online was so simple and they arrived within 48 hours. What a fab company.

I purchased 10 plantation blinds in may on the 3 for 2 offer. We had an excellent service provided by hugo from the start to the finish , very good quality and a perfect fit , very well packaged delivered by parcel force even the driver was impressed by the quality and care taken to protect the blinds .everything clearly labelled to avoild mistakes when fitting .you will need patience regarding delivery as circumstances beyond the companies control can cause delays ,hugo provided the shipping number and the name of the vessel so it could be tracked. The website was easy to use and plans were sent before conformation of the order . would definetly use again and recommened them

Ordered samples, arrived in 24 hours. Ordered replacement louvre arrived in 24 hours.

The louvre was correctly notched for invisible levers.

Without me specifying the colour or repainting, the colour match of pure white is almost identical to the original 2 year old shutters purchased elsewhere. To the point if the shutter is even slightly ajar it's impossible to tell. When closed, if you have immaculate vision, you might be able to pick which one is the replacement if you're very close. So won't even bother with spraying.

Importantly, the measurement was exact. I mean to the exact mm.

This is the second time we have ordered from Shutterplus. Their customer service is superb. We had an issue with one shutter which arrived damaged (thanks to the courier), but this was resolved to our satisfaction. Having had the shutters up for a month or two we recently noticed a small manufacturing issue which again has been dealt with straight away. When we get to the point of ordering shutters for downstairs I will definitely use Shutterplus again, mainly because I feel comfortable knowing that I can contact them if anything isn’t right, and I know they will be helpful.

First class service starting with advise prior to order then speedy delivery and further help post delivery.
Will certainly use again and recommend to others.

Went to Shutterplus initially because their prices are very competitive and I could get the information, but it is not just their prices that are good. I had a few questions needing answered in order get what I needed and they were able to answer them all and put my mind at rest. The whole process of ordering is great, delivery is well package and fitting was a doddle. I did have a minor manufacturing problem with one of the shutter panels I ordered but they sorted it out with no hassle whatsoever (thanks Hugo) I have no hesitation in recommending this company and I will be using them for more shutters soon for sure. Thanks to all the staff :-) , one of those purchases that really is worthwhile.

Ordered replacement louvres for my shutters (damage from a stray football) such quick delivery and fitted exactly right.

Needed to change just one hinge on shutters that were closing awkwardly. Was able to purchase a singular hinge at a good price which was delivered promptly.
