I have dealt with Shuttercraft a number of times over the last 10 year and I never had a problem, there product is beautiful and the style and finish is amazing I am truly so happy with Shuttercraft

We wanted 2 large shutters and was about to purchase from another company whose lead time was 3 months plus! I then stumbled across Shutterplus and after various emails Hugo designed exactly what we wanted in just 3 weeks. The products quality was spot on and the service given was 10/10. Will be using again! Faultless.

Recently had some plantation shutters installed in our new home. From the start of the process and measuring our windows to the final install by Hugo, it has been a very professional, meticulous and engaged process - shutters measured, made and installed in a matter of weeks, the look amazing and I could not fault Hugo and the team at Shutterplus...why wait several months when you can have them made in Ireland and installed brilliantly?

i ordered a set of shutterpins which arrived in good order so no real complaint there, however they underpaid their postage and i was left out of pocket to pay for their mistake which increased the final price by nearly 10%

i tried to contact them but they never got back to me which seems poor service. Not sure I would use them again like this.

I ordered some replacement slats, delivery was quick and there well made.

I ordered some shutter material to make my own shutters. Despite having checked and triple checked quantities, I received a mail from Hugo advising that I had omitted some parts.
His attention to detail saved me some wasted time.
The ordered parts arrived promptly, well packaged and of excellent quality.
I have since fabricated enough for my living room and expect to do another room soon.

I was wary of buying shutters online but I had no need to be concerned. Any queries were promptly answered, I was kept informed of when to expect my consignments and had tracking from the moment they left the factory overseas, quite enjoyed the marine tracking! Items are of good quality and were very well packed. Would definitely purchase from this company again. Thank you!

Excellent company, chat line good, doesn't matter what stupid questions you ask, they try to help. Our dog damaged about 8 of our shutter slats, we have now replaced them and you cannot tell they were damaged. Hillarys blinds would not even come out to look at them, even though we would be paying.
