Sidepot is just pure ridiculous
Sidepot is just pure ridiculous. I have won a few times, BUT ever since my LAST win, the games from the provider that I normally play are suddenly all unavailable. They all say “coming soon” even though I know that’s not true because I have played those very same games. They are dictating what games I play because I learned how to finally beat the site. At first I used to lose but once I started winning, they started dictating my games. A friend of mine uses sidepot and she can play the games that I cannot play. I just reached out to customer service to close my account. They won’t get another dime out of me. I lost 3 different sessions back to back. Straight cheaters and we all need to come together and make a class action lawsuit against them. They “reel” customers in with the frequent bonus packages just to take your money. Their goal is really for you to never win and if you do, they will definitely find ways to dictate your gameplay. 0 STARS!!! Let’s get them shut down!!!!

James from support was one of the best support experiences I’ve had in my life. We sent about 5 emails back and forth within 20 minutes, and he solved all my issues extremely quick. He’s on top of his game and handled my problem faster than most other company support agents would even respond in.

Having issues with redemption
Having issues with redemption. They notified me that my redemption was sent and would be in my account the following day but my bank said there was no deposit sent. Now im wondering if my new redemption that's in queue will even post. Will update my review if this issue is fixed.

Scam tournaments
I used to love this place they pay out in less than a day it's was really great but
Today I joined a tournament they have an evoplay tournament today, I joined the tournament, it said I joined the tournament, I click on a game to play for the tournament, I bet over f****** $150 damn dollars on the damn tournament just to go back to see where I ranked and it says joint tournament like I wasn't apart of the tournament, yes the f*** I was, it made me rejoin and then I have 0 points towards the tournament, I try to bring it up to customer support, oh weirdly they don't even work on The Day that they are holding a tournament, they'll be back tomorrow when the tournament's over, how freaking convenient
And this is the second tournament they've effed me over on I've won a tournament about three four months ago but I never received anything and weirdly the tournament wasn't no longer a part of my previously played tournaments the tournaments are just a freaking scam to get people to spend bunch of money and then no one ever wins or if they do it's definitely not the people who should

I won 200 bucks and the reveiws on here are definitely scary. I bought a 15.99 package and won. Now im hoping my redemption dont take forever but I hope not. I like the games on here. One thing is you can only redeem once until the 1st one is paid.
Its still pending redemption but im hoping Monday or Tuesday. I'll change to a 5 star when I get my redemption. Total of 6 days and got paid right away. I do like the way they pay you by debit card. I got it super fast. Give it a try

Return to player (RTP) is nonexistent
Loss after loss after loss has been my experience here. I have made deposit after deposit over the past couple years and only one small win..Their RTP is nonexistent. The deposit bonuses look great and lure you in but what good are they if al you do is lose. Do not fall for the deposit bonus. I have nothing good to say about this one. They need to be shut down.

Well my first review of this casino was last year it went good. Fast forward to now it's not looking good. I won $550 3 days ago and it's still not been approved. I have contacted support 6 times with no success. They have not even replied to my email shoot they have not even acknowledged that I sent them a email. I really hope i can come back and change this review to a positive 5 star! We will see. I says i would update this when and if they paid me my winnings. We'll they did. I would give this casino 0 stars if that were possible.
I spent over two weeks trying to withdraw a $700 payment, but it never happened. Every time I contacted support, I received a different excuse and no real solution. Eventually, I continued playing and ended up losing the funds.
To make matters worse, my account was suddenly closed, which I suspect was because of my repeated complaints about the withdrawal issue.
In my experience, this is not a serious or trustworthy online casino. I regularly play at other online casinos, such as SportsBetting and MyBookie, and I have never had any problems receiving my withdrawals.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this platform.
