Never- ending pending( pun intended)
Oh my God . About to be starting week 3 of a pending redemtion. This is just crazy. They use aeropay and aeropay says my account is hooked to them but Sidepot hasnt put in for any redemtion or winnings to this account.

Unlike the majority of the people who have left reviews for Sidepot I had a good experience. Of course had I looked here first I probably would not have ever even played on Sidepot which is unfortunate because of the good experience I did have. I first read another good review about the speed of redemptions on Sidepot which were supposedly less than 24 hours. While I did not receive the less than 24 hour redemption I did receive mine in the normal 3-5 days which is still not bad. The KYC was fast and the customer service was equally as fast, responsive and courteous. I also enjoyed the selection of games from some of my favorite providers. So I guess this is a case of proceed with caution because while I had a good experience most others did not.

Now the Bad. Sidepot has one of the smallest lineup of games out of any other platform. No CRASH LIVE, No GRAND BONUS BLACKJACK, No UNCROSSABLE CHICKEN, Just a few Platform Based Games, a handful of slots, and that's it.

Be careful
I started playing this site in January. At that time it was quite good. A lot of deals, and they would keep giving you deals even with a balance, so it was possible to get over the $100 minimum withdrawal level.
In the past few weeks though, almost no deals, and then this morning they suspended my account permanently for no clear reason. I had a $32 balance. Something is going on with this company. It gives me “going bankrupt” vibes. I wouldn’t recommend putting any money into it now.

Worked For Me, Maybe Not For You
I was able to turn $50 into $1050 playing one of their blackjack games. I put in my redemption request on 05/08, which was a Friday, and I just got an email from Aeropay saying that my redemption has been processed and that I should be getting my money tomorrow. All of the other reviews are a little misleading to me and had me worried a little that I wasn’t going to get my money, but keep in mind that i created this account over a year ago and have been verified for a while, so maybe that has something to do with it. Also, I read somewhere that requesting a redemption through a bank transfer is much quicker for some reason, which I can honestly tell by the other reviews because everybody who is complaining that they aren’t getting paid quickly mentions Coinflow, which is the company that does the card transfer, but if you do a bank transfer then it is through Aeropay.
However, their support team still hasn’t responded to 3 emails I sent so that is a big downside, and I probably won’t be playing on this site again just to safe incase my experience was just a one time thing. If I were y'all I would probably just play at a more trustworthy side just to be safe.

They don't pay or even reply to support tickets 90% of the time. 3 days without even a response is horrific. They get 1 star for the games which are the same as most other places.

You can't win.
It's a rip off site. Never had a redeem in a year. You can play 50$ and not get a bonus. Use to give 1$ a day sign in now its .20 and when u do spend money and buy a pack it's not gonna last long. The low rating explains it along with the other reviews that I wish I would of read before trying it. I've learned now to look on trustpilot before trying any casino

This Philadelphia company is hard to win at, I agree with everyone else, they may be shutting down as the promotionals come but the wins don't. Financial data scrub systems aren't really fair if they're tracking your financial data like a pyramid-hype buy in ponzi scheme, but I'll follow this news to see the fair ones and those that have broken laws. Noticed a huge decline and the reviews confirm. Idk what’s going on but this site has gone downhill. I thought I was just having a streak of bad luck but it seems like this site is on its way out and just trying to suck up/keep as much money as they can before shutting down. Sucks.

Redemption games await
Well its been 7 days since ce redemption request was submitted and it still shows pending !! Contact support and get the usual BS replies high volume of redemption requests. We are doing our best to get yours processed in a timely manner!! Blah blah blah! Then they have the balls to suggest i switch my redemption from debit card to bank transfer with aeropay!! Yeah great idea so I can start this ridiculous waiting game over from the beginning.. apparently the phrase repeat business is lost on them don't waste your time.
