Leider fahren die Busse nicht immer nach Fahrtplan. Ferner funktionieren die Kopfhörer Anschlüsse nicht an jedem Sitzplatz. Die Haltestellen werden auch nicht durch jede/n Bus Begleiter/in abgesagt. Preis/Leistung stimmt aus diesen Gründen nicht!

I felt incredibly let down by a recent excursion with Sightseeing Experience. Despite purchasing the optional Accademia tickets, the group of 10 was treated unfairly by the tour guide. While 8 members were allowed to skip the line, the last two were told to go to the back, where the line wrapped around the building. When we asked why these two were singled out, the guide simply stated that the museum sets the limit for entry, not him. It's frustrating and humiliating to be left behind in such a manner. If the museum only allows 8 people at a time, the tour group should be limited to that number to prevent this kind of situation. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I urge the tour organizers to reevaluate their practices to avoid similar instances in the future.

Cette excursion de Rome à Pompei était super, ainsi que le petit arrêt à Naples (ici temps très court, ne comptez pas visiter) je ne regrette pas du tout, c'etait très bien organisé et tous les intervenants, chauffeur de bus, animatrice et guide étaient fabuleux. N'hésitez pas même si c'est un peu coûteux.

I am not sure how there are so many positive reviews about this company. We must have had a bad guide. We were on the Tuscany tour and left by our guide in very unsafe conditions. He knew it was storming and forced our group out into a closed city with no shelter in a lightning storm. We had to cower under a metal shopping cart covering for an hour until they came back and let us on the bus. Then after this experience, they stopped at another city and forced us off the bus again still in a storm, with no direction of where we could seek shelter. The guide even threatened to call the police on people who didn’t want to get off the bus. He yelled abusively at us, threatening us with the police until little elderly women were forced out into the storm crying. I emailed the tour company about our experience and they didn’t even acknowledge that this was not acceptable but basically said they can’t control the weather and too bad. They can’t control the weather, but they can train their staff on how to handle emergency situations and how to not be abusive to customers. Minimally they could apologize for our bad experience, but it’s clear from their response they don’t care and I just want everyone to know before they decide who to book a tour with.

Commande de billets sur ce site pour aller en bus au funiculaire de Sassi rejoindre Superga à Turin. La commande est à payer tout de suite par CB. Mais en fait, il s agit d un bon d échange (écrit en tout petit, prévoir lunettes loupe) pour aller chercher des billets place Castello dans un lieu introuvable. Nous avons dû nous débrouiller par nous mêmes pour nous rendre à Superga. Malgré un mail à cet organisme (que nous utilisions pour la 1ere fois) pour un avoir sur une prochaine attraction, aucune réponse. Site à éviter. À la limite de l arnaque.

Words can't express how perfect this was! The team was professional, responded quickly, knowledgable and friendly. The bus picked us up at our villa and, organized lunch for us, and even helped to give us a guided tour or Siena for part of the group interested.

Don’t book with this company. They don’t have « tour guide » but « tour leader » which means that they don’t have to stick around or explain anything. Their policy is to leave you behind after 10 minutes. The « tour leader » doesn’t have to take reasonable steps to find you.

We were six people and they left me behind because I thought the meeting point was at 2:30 but it was 2pm. I asked the « tour leader » 2:30 and he said yes, clearly he didn’t listen to my question. He was nowhere to be found, because he’s not a tour guide.

So they left me in Montalcino, a very small village with no tourists due to the rain. The « tour leader » would have found me if he had slightly tried. I don’t imagine booking with them in Cinque Terre where there is a crowd of tourists.

When I called in panicked, they told me to get a taxi, when I told them that I couldn’t find any, they told me to Google it. When I filed a complaint, they gaslighted me that I was rude and didn’t listen over the phone when I was panicking and crying.

They will also refuse to reimburse you. This is not a tour company and will not make your life easier. I told them that we are tourists and they have a duty to care for us, but they don’t. They will just leave you, gaslight you and refuse to reimburse you.

They don’t allow you to make negative comments on their website and if you look on google, it appears that many people had a terrible experience as well.

Amazing tour that allows you to explore several breathtaking provinces. The cellar lunch was delicious with stunning views and the tour guides are very welcoming and offer heaps of information. Fair bit of walking so by the end of the day we were exhausted but enjoy it all overall.

We had a very fun filled day at both Pompeii and Napels with beautiful sights, delicious food and really nice weather. Our tourguide was very informative during the bus ride and he gave the whole day a very positive vibe. Highly recommend going on this trip with this organization to see these beautiful sights.

El tour a Pompeya y a Nápoles está muy bien organizado. Las instrucciones (lugares de recogida, horas, etc) son bastante claritas,lo cual es de agradecer cuando estás en una ciudad tan grande y caótica como Roma.Ademas nuestro guía, Nicolo, es un chico muy simpático, abierto
y atento, te ayudará en todo.Es un chico fantástico.En definitiva es muy recomendable contratarlo con esta empresa.

El tour a Pompeya y Napoles es muy agradable e interesante. Nos acompañó Nicco, fue súper amable y a lo largo del camino nos resolvió todas las dudas y añadió muchísima información adicional sobre la historia y las curiosidades. Aconsejo hacer este viaje para conocer un poco más el sur de Italia.

Barbara was an amazing tour guide. She really made our experience traveling with 4 adults and 1 child fun and accommodating. For the things we did and seen in a day was worth the money. I would highly recommend.
