I decided to book the Tuscany Experience (Pisa, Wine Tasting, San Gimignano and Siena) so that I could enjoy the beauty of Tuscany.
Best decision ever! Barbara was delightful and very helpful, always with a smile on her face and providing us with information on each area we were about to visit, even giving us info on the areas we were passing through.
Matteo was also nice and kind.
I think if you want to visit these areas while relaxing on the bus on your way to each location, this would be the perfect choice.

A excursão é ótima para quem não tem muito tempo para conhecer outros lugares por conta própria! A guia Bárbara e o motorista foram ótimos do início ao fim, sendo pontuais e muito simpáticos.
Com relação às visitas, não temos muito tempo para conhecer as cidades, mas é possível conhecer os pontos principais. E apenas com relação ao almoço (por ser realmente no horário de almoço) em Chianti que eu esperava também um prato principal, ao invés de só a entrada e uma sobremesa típica. Mas tivemos a degustação de vinhos e o lugar e os atendentes foram bem agradáveis!

1日でフィレンツェからピサ、サンジミジャーノ、シエーナを周遊できるバスツアーです。途中昼食でサンジミジャーノからほど近い場所にあるワイナリーで軽食とワインの試飲が楽しめます。素敵なイタリアの街並みやトスカーナの美しい田園風景をストレスなく満喫できるのでおすすめです。1日で3箇所回るので、1箇所あたり1時間ほどの滞在時間ですが、それぞれの街はそこまで大きくないので、効率よく楽しめました。
担当のバーバラさんはとても素晴らしいガイドです。参加したツアーは英語圏とスペイン語圏の参加者がミックスだったのですが、彼女は以前日本人向けツアーを担当していたようで、日本語がかなり堪能です。英語の説明も聞き取りやすかったです（目印の旗の代わりに小さい鯉のぼりを持っているのに日本愛を感じました🎏）。
各エリアには専用の資格者のみ観光案内が可能だそうで、基本的には自由行動もしくはそれぞれの場所でガイドを雇う必要があるそうです。ただし、1時間程度の滞在ですし、バス内でのバーバラさんの説明もあるので十分だと感じました。
トスカーナ地方の魅力を感じるにはフィレンツェだけでは正直物足りないので、滞在日をもう一日増やしてフィレンツェと一緒に組み込むことをお勧めしたいツアーです。

Barbara was so kind and she puts her heart into her job. She loves people and works very well with people. I loved talking to and hearing her “secrets” to success on learning 6 languages! What an amazing gift and an extremely intelligent lady! We really enjoyed our tour and all the information that was shared along the way. It was relaxing and fun! We highly recommend this tour to others!

Barbara es una BRAVA. It has been an incredible experience and I will repeat it again to me and my friend we loved it.

The tour was really great! Of course our guide Barbara helped in this in every possible way honestly. She is more than a guide and such a nice and gentle person. She definitely deserves a raise!😁 The tour allows you to visit all the big monuments of Toscane within half a day. Wish we had more time to stay in each one of the places (it was around 1 hour in each one) but it wasn't feasible due to the distances. Not to forget Loreno, the driver, who made us feel safety with his driving through the whole trip from minute 1 to the end. Thumbs up!

Barbara was absolutely wonderful. She made our trip so enjoyable and was very knowledgeable. We were very impressed and pleased with her and the tour!

What an enjoyable day we had!! The itinerary was wonderful!! I enjoyed Barbara’s information about each site. I would have liked more, but I understand that she was translating everything she said into 3 different languages. Hearing the different languages was distracting, but she was always so helpful and very clear on directions at each place we went.

Very nice and so so worth the experience!!

Amazing tour guide Barbra

The Tuscany tour provided plenty to see and do. Barbara was an amazing tour guide. Siena was truly beautiful I only wish if we had more time there.

Visites de plusieurs villes emblématiques autour de Florence, guide très sympathique et francophone à l’écoute des touristes.

Nous avons passé une journée avec un départ à Florence pour visiter Pise et Sienne.
Notre guide a été géniale et parle trois langue anglais, français et espagnol.
