I bought a mobile booster from Signal Hero for my garden office. It was good value and most importantly, it was easy to install and works well. Both before and after I placed the order, I received outstanding technical help from their signal expert George, in particular with advice on signal strength and best placement for the external aerial. I now have 4 bar mobile stength in my office and highly recommend Signal Hero. I would certainly use them again.

The pre service call was very detailed and I received a lot of useful information. The overall installation went very smoothly and the team onsite was very knowledgeable and helpful.

The system works BUT is it illegal,I have researched in depth after being warned by a client that using one might even cost me jail time.

I have been in contact Ofcom in case that I might be breaking some very serious broadcasting laws.

Ofcom replied to state categorically that the signal hero product was not on their approved list of legally compliant amplifiers in the UK and that I should be very cautious, they refused to confirm they were legal, EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS now.
I have since been advised further that any amplifier without the necessary radio standards can be illegal and to be very careful. I have further been informed that I have no comeback to a refund for the amp as it is LEGAL TO SELL, it has electrical certs needed to sell BUT by using it, it could be me the end user who is responsible for any laws broken when broadcasting.

My advice is to STAY away and get a UK based company with a UK local shop and buy a OFCOM listed amplifier and not one that claims to be OFCOM compliant but can't actually give any proof, has no UK base and OFCOM DO NOT LIST any of the products.

The booster work great although I needed some support to get it up and running
I had 1 bar signal and some times no service. I now have full service. I have found the support to excellent.

Bought this booster for my bunglow and I've got to say it's doung a cracking job. Used to barely scape 1 bar in the living room, now I'm sitting on 4 solid bars, quite the difference! Massive thanks to George for walking me through all the tests, helping me pinpoint the perfect spot for the outside aerial and even coming up with a way to run the cables without any drilling. Top bloke, much appreciated!

brought the car booster for our company vans. Wasn't sure at first, but after a few weeks on the road, we're impressed. Drivers can stay in touch reliably now, no more dropped comms. Might kit out the fleet soon.

I have now got 5 bars service indoors which is great improvement,I was hoping to improve the hotspot performance of my mobile phone but there is no noticeable improvement there. As for the performance of Signal hero I can say that they are very helpful and supportive, so I am happy with my experience.

The booster we bought works ok. However, we have concerns that these are not Ofcom compliant as they were not listed on the Ofcom website. I have contacted them numerous times to ask for confirmation or evidence that they are compliant.

Unfortunately, despite an initial email where I was told they didnt have the "document at hand" at the moment, they would send it later.

I never heard anything else and 3 additional emails have been ignored.

I can only assume these are not compliant to be be used in the UK (although it still may be legal to be sold in the UK).

I work from home full-time, and honestly, the mobile signal in my house used to drive me mad. I couldn’t take a single call without it cutting out, and video meetings were just hopeless either I’d freeze or get kicked off completely. It was so stressful, especially when the Wi-Fi started acting up too. I’d be running around the house trying to find that one corner with half a bar just to stay connected.

The supplier trusted my feedback that the signal was still too weak after the booster was installed and send me a replacement product to improve the signal even more. The replacement product works way better.

Had the signal Hero professional booster installed in our basement by their own team, really sold job. We weren't excepting such a noticeable difference, but the signal's been brilliant since. Absolutely worth it- top work, lads!

We’re based out in the middle of nowhere in a static caravan, where the mobile signal’s usually terrible and broadband’s pretty much non-existent. Signal Hero helped me properly test the area did a few signal checks and found the nearest Vodafone mast was about 5km away. I could only pick up a signal in one particular spot.

Once we figured out the best place for the outdoor aerial, George turned up with the right gear. Took me about 20 minutes to get it all fixed up no need to mess about with settings inside the caravan either. Now I’m getting around 4 bars and proper 4G data, which we’ve never had before out here.

very fast, helpful, assistance

As the IT manager of our company, I was tasked with finding a solution to our poor mobile signal indoors. Both Vodafone and EE were nearly unusable inside the building, and even the outdoor signal wasn’t great.

After doing our research and exchanging several emails with George at Signal Hero, we decided to go with their 5-band booster. It was the only solution robust enough to cover all networks reliably, especially in a challenging location like ours.

Installation was straightforward, and the results were immediate – 4 to 5 bars across the entire office. Calls are clear, data is fast, and productivity has improved.

Excellent product and top-notch support from George. Highly recommended for any business struggling with mobile signal.

Signal Hero and their installers 'Data Cable Installation' provided an excellent working solution for a 4 story office building accommodating up to 350 people. They were very professional helping with both the design and implementation of the solution. On activation the system worked across all the floors of the office building and improved the signal quality straight away.

Extremely rude and defensive customer service when enquiring where their stock is shipped from and trying to ascertain that the products are not just low grade Aliexpress products dropshipped with huge markup. Their chat support agent got very defensive when asked these questions and said I am just looking to buy products with the intention to return "for no reason" before even purchasing. That makes a lot of sense to buy a product with the intention of wasting my own money to return said product.

Be very wary of any reviews this company has, as somehow they get genuine reviews removed of the reviews are not to their liking

After asking for advice, I had very good and concrete support, which enabled me to order the right things and also install them correctly. The service was also good: when the stuff arrived and an antenna was damaged in transit, it was replaced without any problems.
Only downside was that the items took a long time to arrive, but then they have to come from far away and it was not a standard order.
