I was provided with informed technical advice to evaluate my signal issues. Subsequently I upgraded from my very old phone which solved most issues. I was not pressed to persist with a signal booster and I appreciated that George had my best interests at heart.

Did what they said and the installation was to high standard

From the start of my enquiry, Signal Experts were extremely helpful and gave me the right advice to be able to assist my customer. I could see from the beginning that this company were professional and thorough with expert advice. i have installed the equipment that i purchased from them and my company and my customer are extremely happy with the equipment they supplied as the installation is on a mine in the middle of nowhere. this has made a huge difference to the operation of the mine as far as communicating with the outside world. I live in New Zealand in a urban area my cellular reception was terrible. I had to sit at one window just to make a call or send a text. These units work like a dream. Reception radius and elevation is fantastic. I’ve seen them on the market and wished I’ve got one years ago ,that’s a fact. I truly recommend these easy plug and play machines. Having had problems with a previous purchase with another company, I was reluctant to consider an alternative. I explained the issue to George and he suggested an alternative booster which I received today and which works as expected giving me a good signal strength where previously we had between 0-1 bars. All in all, I am very happy with the outcome.

MSB Australia were good to deal with and were prompt with answering emails and queries etc. They were keen to ensure we were buying the right product for our application. installation was straight forward and phone rec eption is now 5 bars inside and around our Fire shed

We have a house on mōtītī island thats 22kms away from the mainland of Tauranga NZ. There is no cellphone tower and very limited signal that drops out often due to rain & location.We setup the signal booster system and aligned the outdoor antenna to the nearest tower in tauranga.
It picked up the weak 1-2 bars of signal and boosted it to a soild 5 bars straight away.We now have the reassurance that we are able to have full 4g service of data & calling at a breeze.All calls made since unit has been installed have been excellent with not one call dropping out of service. Data use is great with no more lagging & scrolling on social media is fantastic.Cant recommend this company enough on there setup.
Great service, easy to install & a product that does what it says.
I'm a pretty good tech savvy person and found there use of a signal app with the custom setup choice process extremely helpful to get us the device we needed in our area.

As I'm a Business Centre with poor signal in area and with clients on many different providers, I needed a signal booster solution to cater for them all. Signal Hero were the only company who took the time and effort to help me understand my needs and not just sell me their preferred products. They asked me to fill in simple forms with actual signal data (iphone & andriod) to really understand my situation completely and from that recommended exact fit solutions. These devices need to be right or can be a costly error, with no benefit... Many thanks

My property has always had zero signal indoors, with only some signal available on the roof. I was determined to get a booster from Signal Hero, as recommended by BT Mobile. They guided me through the entire process, from checking my signal condition to coordinating with the installers and conducting signal checks. I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of the booster. I didn't expect to get full bars of signal, but the difference is remarkable. The signal booster has truly been a game changer for me. A special thanks to George for his assistance throughout the process.

Great support from George a totally different experice when compared with Boosters Direct UK who I purchased the equipment from. The system failed over the Easter weekend and I knew it was the PSU ( about 6th failure) so I emailed Boosters Direct but after not getting a response in 2 days tried to call them and discovered they had ceased trading. I looked on line and decided to try Signal Hero as they had been trading for over 10 years and discovered they hah actually purchased the Boosters Direct business . Boosters Direct had told me I had to get replacement PSU's from them and I had tried quite a few on line resellers but had not been able to to find a suitable one. George very quickly identified the correct PSU for me and sent me a link to get it on Amazon and within 26 hours I had the replacement PSU installed and working and I am now getting a better reception than on the "factory supplied" PSU's. This cost less than £21 and saved me having to spend over £1,000 on a replacement booster system. Again a refreshing change to the normal upsell experiece.

The product works well enough and was packaged securely and insulated from damage due to freight handling.
The customer service team was good with passing on any information and enquires I had.
The only downside to the purchase was that being it was not a registered for tax in Australia I couldn’t claim it for tax purposes .
