I want to say a massive thank you to Signature Car Specialists! Buying a used car can be a minefield but the guys at SCS made it easy by being great at what they do. After looking round at several cars It was refreshing to deal with people that are honest and reliable. I love my new car and had a very good experience with SCS both during and after the sale. After several years of looking for a German Specialist dealership, my friend Highly recommended SCS for the perfect car valued at the perfect price. Really reluctant to travel the breadth of the country just incase but Wow what an amazing all round service from The Owner and everyone that worked there. I wasn't fussy about the Make, believe it or not, I just wanted a German Manufacturer, with low miles and highly maintained. Years of scouring through autotrader, time wasters on marketplace, I don't know why I wasn't steered towards SCS from the outset. AVOID APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE
Got a car with multiple faults from this company and was advised to claim on RAC warranty. Issues with gearbox, burnt oil and water coolant a very fast rate due to issues with vehicle (to name a few) ..yet still denied there was problem with the car!! Told to “choose words carefully when speaking to RAC warranty” (lie) so they didn’t suggest pre existing problem.
Took to independent garage (RAC) approved who confirmed there was at least £1800 pound of work that needed doing (“possibly more after inspection”) and “number of issues not covered by warranty”
After I again advised SCS of the issues by email the call that followed was simply appalling. I was abused on the phone by a staff member who refused to accept there was an issue with the car. Called stupid and told that I did not know what I was talking about. Refused to let me speak and was very rude. Thankfully, I recorded the entire call.
RAC approved garage advised “multiple fault codes on road tests” Also advised despite seller saying otherwise that it was IMPOSSIBLE that any service had been done on the car. So they lied about that too.
No doubt they sell some decent cars. But BE WARNED if anything goes wrong you WILL NOT BE IN GOOD HANDS! VERY ABUSIVE CALLS FOLLOWED.
I have never experienced anything quite like the call I had from their employee. Truly appalling behaviour.
Never got an apology even after proof I was right from third party approved garage confirmed major faults.
Spend your hard earned money somewhere that deserves your business!

I am not prepared to be abused by you again. Pat yourself on the back for the misleading response that makes people think you actually care. January 2024. I bought my new BMW 420d MSport this month and couldn't be happier. Adam and Aby were both fantastic from start to finish.
Originally I turned up unannounced after a long journey and was pleased to see the cars in stock were well cared for. I found the car I'd been wanting and again was really pleased how well looked after it was. Adam, I found very helpful and knowledgeable who took the time to talk with me regarding the car. His colleague Aby, showed me everything about the car and we had a test drive. It was perfect. I bought the car later that week and the process couldn't have been easier. Infact both Adam and Aby made it very enjoyable. I was even picked up from the nearest train station on the day I collected my car. Over the moon would be an understatement. Despite the car having 6 months still on the MOT, today I took it for a new MOT ,a Major Service and inspection at my own regular BMW garage just to be on the safe side, and the car was fine. No Advisories and everything in brilliant condition.
Adam, Aby, Thank you both for everything. It's been a pleasure and I will be back in the future. All the best Aby for your new arrival too 👍

Simply the best!
This is unquestionably my best car buying experience ever, I saw the car on autotrader, and was very interested, there were so many pictures covering the entire car, inside and out. I saw that delivery was available and that I could hold the car with a deposit so I went for it, I was unable to complete the reservation due to some kind of technical issue, I left a message with the hope of a response, but due to past experience , my expectation was low, the next day I had a call from Zac, asking what he could assist me with, within minutes I had booked delivery... to South Wales! I was assured that the transaction would only need to be completed after a test drive and a satisfactory handover from the delivery guy, which for the record was a flat trailer delivery so no extra miles on the car! The delivery was flawless, service with a smile, the car was exactly as described, making me one happy buyer. Thanks a million!

Signature Car Specialists LTD is a Very bad company
Very bad company. Pay a little more and go to another company. They sold me a car with safety problems , brakes binding and oil leaks from shock absorbers and control arms when the car passed MOT on 28th September 2023 and I took delivery on the 14th November 2023. I will be reporting them to the trading standards for selling me a dangerous vehicle. This is totally unacceptable and they should be stopped from trading.
