I got a notice from docusign that my renewal was about to go up to $1800...the end. I found Signnow, and its 5 times the product for a fraction of the cost. I had been a docusign customer for 20 years or forever.

The platform is user friendly and doesnt need any orientation, It simlifies the work, helps to archive and easy to retrive.

Works fine for me - I use PDFs for construction sign off reports and signNow is nice and simple, customers seem to cope with it OK.

I am using this in my advisory practice and find it easy to use, as do my clients. I have used DocuSign before and like this better as it is simpler and easier to navigate.

Very good platform, easy to use, easy for my clients to use and I am able to update. Many different options for signing or firming clients options, including a dropdown.

Excelente herramienta de trabajo, lo malo es que en cierres de mes o trimestre se satura y deja de funcionar al rededor de 3 días y luego se reestablece.
Pero en general es excelente.

Sign Now is awesome. Have been using it since 2018 and their prices and product is amazing. It is so user friendly and has all that we need as a company. Their customer service is OUTSTANDING in a world where it lacks. They are a great company.

We used Docusign for 3 years and everything worked well. When they tried to double the price we decided to pivot and try SignNow with airslate. We got a welcome message with promises to follow up to help transition. We didn't get any help. Our patients struggled to fill out their forms, we had to revert to a back up website or in person to fill out. We emailed back and forth with management, tech support, with no resolution. We used to get 10-15 submissions with DocuSign weekly. In the past 2 weeks wave only received 2. Patients complain that forms are difficult to fill out, its hard to see, they don't know how to zoom in and type at the same time. overall its not an easy app to navigate for our customers.

We switched to Sign Now from Docusign and so far it was the best decision we ever made. It's easy to use and the price is right!
