I had a fantastic experience with SignNow support today.

I was struggling to set up workspaces, team member access and template sharing for my business account and was becoming increasingly frustrated because I needed to get my team working on a project asap.

The support provided was quick, clear and incredibly effective. Within minutes, I was guided through creating a workspace, inviting team members, and understanding how to share templates correctly. The instructions were accurate, easy to follow and solved my issue immediately. I went from being completely stuck to having my team member successfully invited and ready to work within minutes.Excellent customer support.

Seemed all good, but their pricing is extremely deceptive. It looks like unlimited use, and then all of a sudden you're charged a very big bill at $1.80 per signature after the first 100. I really feel like I've been ripped off here and am looking forward to leaving.

Bait and switch. Signed up with included access for a second team member, and now on renewal, not only did the price go up, but I get no such access. Have to pay twice.

Had to share my password with my manager to have them use it that way, but then couldn't even choose what ai want for my password. Had to meet a convoluted list of requirements.

I wouldnt have chosen SignNow as my provider if I knew the hassle it would bring. And neither should you.

Can I please give ZERO stars? Most frustrating experience ever. If you want to go on an endless loop taking to AI in an attempt to resolve a very basic issue like billing for example, then enjoy. This is the first bad review I've ever left, this site used to be great. Now this site is overwhelmingly terrible.

The software is good but watch out for the pricing, because their price plans do not list the whole truth. Deceptively they hide at the bottom of the web page, and behind one of their FAQs, that an annual subscription is limited to 100 invites only. There is then a per invite charge when this limit is exceeded.

After years of using SignNow, I can honestly say the recent pricing changes feel like a complete bait-and-switch.

We originally signed up under what felt like a normal business subscription model — around $360 per year for a platform we relied on for regular contracts and onboarding. Suddenly, without any practical warning, the service became almost unusable because of the absurd “100 signature invites per YEAR” limit.

100 invites per year is ridiculous for any real business. That’s not even 10 documents per month.

Now, after paying the annual subscription, they charge around $1.80 per additional invite. For companies that actually use e-signature software as part of daily operations, this turns into an unpredictable and completely unreasonable cost structure.

What used to be a straightforward subscription became a hidden pay-per-signature trap.

This is not transparent pricing — it feels like punishing loyal customers for using the product as intended.

If your business sends contracts regularly, be very careful before choosing SignNow. There are better providers with honest, predictable pricing and without surprise overage charges.

Very disappointing direction for a product that used to be excellent.

While it works pretty well, the pricing is not excusable. We used this for years with no issues and now we only get 100 free invites per YEAR. Nothing like paying a monthly subscription for something you can't use without paying additional costs.

I have been using signnow for our small company since 2020. The business premium included unlimited invite ..and in 2025 they changed all price plans to 100 invites per user ANNUAL limit - every invite after that is $1.80. This is a terrible pricing method - 100 ANNUAL is a scam. I would have accepted 600 annual limit (at the $50 per month price) maybe up the limit if paid in annual plan. But 100 Per year is just ridicelous. Il be trying boldsign.com as they have an unlimited business plan priced at $25 with all the integration and branding features in signnow.

The SignNow product is awful - it barely works and was very unreliable. The support is incompetent and dishonest - they lied to me over and over and didn't resolve anything.

If you are a victim of airSlate, then do what I did and file a chargeback. Visa agreed that I deserved the full refund that airSlate fraudulently denied me.

They use to be great but now its a scam!! After years of using the service they just changed the subscription from unlimited "invites" to 100 a YEAR for the same price!! Now I just got charged an extra $56 in the first month on top of my $96 a year without ever telling me they changed the plans.

Also on the website pricing page you wont see any of this which makes it even more of a scam!

For comparison Typeform (offers 100mo for $28mo) or JotForm (offers 100mo free) and they are very upfront on how pricing works on the website.

Derick and Luna, were not helpful in canceling my subscription and I had to go use other ways to get it canceled. Poor customer service.

I received a phishing email from SignNow's domain. The sender falsely claimed affiliation with a conference I'm attending and asked for my credit card information.

I contacted SignNow's customer support, and let them know a scammer was using their service. They explicitly refused to take responsibility or do anything about this.

If you are an end user, then I recommend you mark all email from this company as spam. And if you are a potential customer, know that I will be going to unusual lengths to make sure that no email from this company gets within a mile of my employer's servers.

Edit: In their reply, SignNow claims they blocked the user. My initial report to SignNow concerned an email that another conference attendee received. However, *after* my report I received a nearly identical such email myself -- and I only posted my review here after getting that email. If they took action as they claimed, then that action was entirely ineffective.

On the documents, they asked me to sign for a $4000.00 Loan. On the last page, they somehow acquired my user name for my bank, and they requested my password. As desperate as things get, NEVER supply anyone your user name and password to your bank account, NEVER!! If you do contact your bank ASAP, by giving them access to your account They will have access to rob you blind.

We considered SignNow as an alternative to Docusign. The product looked fine based on the free demo but we couldn’t get a response from their sales team. We chased multiple times for basic information and got nothing back. We eventually gave up and stayed with Docusign. Disappointing - if you can’t get a reply from sales, what’s support going to be like once you’re a customer.

Appalled. Just signed up to a $30/plan for our small business as was attracted to the unlimited users which will be helpful as we grow as we are only a team of 2 at present. The $15/month price advertised was dishonest as this doesn't exist - only works out at this price if you pay for a full year upfront which I'm glad I didn't do as after payment and after an hour of tailoring settings, hidden at the bottom is a tiny usage cap of 100 documents which was not displayed anywhere and then a $1.80 charge per document. So the attraction of the unlimited users is completely fake as the cap means this is irrelevant in reality. It's outrageous to charge a subscription and per document. We will very likely be cancelling within 30 days and looking for an honest company. What a total waste of time.

What I discovered was that the subscription includes no meaningful number of included invites, and charges are automatically applied without clear notice when you exceed an internal usage threshold.

In my case, a €192+ charge was applied automatically with no explicit approval at the time of billing, no prior warning, and no prompt to confirm the charge. The platform’s only explanation was that this is “outlined in the Terms of Use,” which I was supposedly bound to. When I asked for a refund due to lack of consent for this charge, they refused and said the only way to avoid further charges was to cancel the subscription entirely, effectively forcing me to stop using the service.

This billing model is not transparent or fair for business use, especially for recurring HR and document workflows. Automatic charges without clear, active authorization are unacceptable, and this experience has led me to abandon their platform. I cannot recommend SignNow for business customers who need predictable, controllable billing.
