Demanding thousands for SOC2 report
I have invested tens of hours setting up all my forms and everything was going great the past few years until I requested their SOC2 report. My company needs it to comply with NY State Cyber Regulations.
SignNow refused to share it with me unless I pay a minimum of $3000 a year for their service. That is more than 5 times what I am paying now.
For context, I asked over 20 other companies for their SOC2 reports and I got them all within a day or 2.
SInce I refuse to pay over 2k every year just for the report, I am leaving and found another signature company to use.
I am very disappointed.

According to the analysis carried our by our Legal Team, delivering SOC2 reports to corporate clients only is a standard practice in our and all related industries. This does not depend on the money spent but rather on the NDAs signed and other paperwork regulations. SOC2 reports contain quite a lot of confidential information regarding our security programs, and we are allowed to deliver such details only to partners who signed NDAs with us.
We do not know how other companies you are working with managed to override this limitation. But this is something certainly worth investigating. Many thanks for bringing this to our attention.

It is very easy to use
It is very easy to use, very straight forward and very helpful. We have been using the service for more than a year and we are very happy with the features. There was a time we had some issues with the log in , as it always said the password we entered was incorrect, but this issue was resolved soon.

It works 99% of the time
It works 99% of the time. I had 1 customer that could not open the file to sign. But I do like the ease of setting up the documents and sending them.

Worth way more than I'm paying
I have used SignNow since 2012 when I manage rentals (ugh!) and had loads of paper forms to juggle. SignNow was a game changer and even now that I handle less forms in my new business, I still use SignNow for any digital documents that need to be completed and signed.

Good on computer not so good from phone
I was sent a link by an organisation and when I followed it on my mobile, I was led to sign up for a free trial, automatically billing after 7 days. Annoying because I would have to remember to cancel it to avoid being charged. I tried again on my computer and was offered the option of 'guest signing' which I did without problems. Maybe there was some way of doing the same on my iphone, but it wasn't obvious.

Hi there and apologies for the confusion incurred!
The flow for guest signers is pretty much the same on desktop and mobiles, correct. If you click the emailed link on a phone or tablet, there are always two options: a) sign in signNow app; b) sign in a mobile browser (whatever you already have on your device).
You can always choose between the two.
