Silencercentral.com has made ordering and receiving a silencer a walk in the park. This is my the 4th one to be ordered. They had my Form E4 to the ATF in less than 2 days. My local sherif had his paperwork just as fast. I was approved at the ATF in less than 5 days.

This was our first experience with Silencer Central. We were very pleased with every aspect of the purchase. Great customer service and no issue with the delivery. We have recommended them to our family and friends.

Your portal sux. How many pictures do you need? Sent 5, and 2 were done by professionals, and all were rejected. Followed you silly little instructions, and still have issues?! I have an issue as well, lost my patience, will shop elsewhere 🥴

The speed I was approved the quality of My banish 22 it really is movie quiet shipping sucks 5-6 days to get to Oregon and then 1-2 days to get to my house is my only complaint thank. You Elmer

This will be my second suppressor from SC and the delivery time is so much better now. Ordered on Monday and paperwork was complete, and info sent to local LEO for 7 day waiting period on Wednesday. My estimate should have the can in my hand within 3 weeks of ordering. Great job SC!!!!

Please don’t buy from this company. Products are not quality and the process is fundamentally broken. Easier options available and hope people read the reviews before doing business.

Silencer Central has a great concept, and I wanted to like working with them. Unfortunately, the process was far more frustrating than it should have been. Be prepared for months of paperwork, repeated phone calls, emails, and more paperwork before anything gets moving.

On the positive side, the women who answer the phones were excellent—friendly, patient, and genuinely willing to help. Unfortunately, the experience changes once you get transferred to the male side. There, you get the stereotypical “gun guy” who acts like he knows everything and does little to improve the customer experience. It makes you want to walk away altogether.

The only reason I completed my purchase was because I had a gift certificate from an event. Otherwise, I would have taken my business elsewhere. My advice: just use a local gun shop kiosk and skip Silencer Central.

I’ve bought from them a couple of times and every time has been a breeze they did all the heavy lifting up setting up the paperwork and being extremely timely and customer service is was never a hassle. I plan to continue to buy from them in the future as well

I'm not sure what their beef was with the BBB, but I am glad to have gotten a can from them. They deal with the ATF paperwork, and sent me the fingerprint cards (do both of them) and instructed how to setup your ATF form ID (if you don't have one already). So with everything taken care of, a wait of 7 days before they ship my can to me SWEET!

This was my first time using Silencer Central and going through their process. Hands down the smoothest and most efficient process I’ve seen. They explain everything in fine detail and answered all my questions. Once my account was set up it was user friendly all the way through. I received real time updates to my email at each step with clear direction on what to do next, and more importantly how to do it. My hat is off to Team Silencer Central, y’all have this figured out.

I have to say that Silence Central is outstanding when it comes to the process of buying a suppressor that I’ve experienced. This last purchase was for my 9mm PCC, a Springfield Armory Saint Victor, SBR. I bought a Banish 9K. I wanted something relatively small in overall size and at 4.1 inches, this fit the bill completely! One of my concerns was if the suppressor was going to fit inside the existing hand guard, so since they are local to me, I took the hand guard down with me and I’m glad I did. I did need to make some modification to the inside diameter of the hand guard to accommodate the suppressor. This was on a Monday and by Wednesday, I had the approval of the ATF (I know how that sounds, even when I type it!).
Since today is the federal holiday, Labor Day, I expect to receive an email from Silencer Central tomorrow with the shipping information. My Customer Service Specialist, John H. Williams was superb! One of your best!!! Thanks again for making the process simple and hassle free!

Silencer Central was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me to fill out and turn in my paperwork to the ATF, directions are very straightforward and a lot simpler than I thought it would be.

I love this company! I've bought three suppressors from them without one issue. Their customer service is the best too! They complete all of the paperwork for you and when it's complete, they mail it to you. I recommend them to my friends and will continue to use them as my go to source.
