Fantastic customer service. Our shipment got lost in the UPS system for weeks, but Andrew followed up with us everyday and ultimately was the one who finally got through and reached someone there. We had really just given up. We just opened the packaging and the boxes are GORGEOUS. Exactly what we designed. Absolutely thrilled.

I have ordered the boxes and they arrived pretty fast before my deadline, it looks they are making boxes next door that much fast. I will be ordering boxes for my chrismas event too soon.

Two large packages came from China. Both arrived on time.

The shipping containers were great. They had extra reinforcement on all corners of the boxes, keeping them from getting crushed, a real issue in using cardboard boxes for shipping.

All was well inside, as the items were individually wrapped in plastic and given nowhere to shift within the box.

Garbage and thin quality boxes the quality control is rough and the boxes came in two diff colors and smudges on them. Heck even a few were ripped up. And did I mention they were shipped from another country.

I placed a large order of chocolate bar boxes, this was my first time and I was nervous. Working with Robert totally calmed my nerves, incredible customer service, very professional, answered the million questions I had with patience and walked me through the whole process… I couldn’t be happier with the end result. The boxes came out amazing. Highly suggest using Silver Edge and I’d definitely ask for Robert
