Very prompt service to create our virtual landline / VOIP system that works on budget and delivered within a day

We have been a customer of Simpatico for a few years now and we would never move! Their customer service is brilliant, they are always quick to get back to you and are on hand whenever you need them. They are all lovely people, which is what you want when dealing with a supplier.

We have never had any problems with prices or products!

If I needed a new mobile phone it has arrived within 24hrs. Any upgrades or issues have been resolved immediately. Helpful on the phone and the most important part is the mobile phone bills have been reduced. I would highly recommend this company and I am very pleased with all aspects of the service they provide.

We were getting ripped of by EE for years with zero account management, poor analytics, and only seemed to care of the bill wasn’t paid on the dot.

We are now moving our mobile estate over to Simpatico (approx 50% there now) and we are already reaping the rewards of lower costs, quick response times to queries, simplified billing, and being able to speak to jolly nice human beings.

Speaking with Dave was great! He clearly understood my business requirements and tailored to offer to suits my need. I wish al the companies are like Simpatico Communications Ltd.
In terms of timing, I contacted then one night, the morning after they called me to ask if I have received the e-mail (was in the spam folder!), afternoon was all agreed and set up and the day after I had my simcard, number and everything. A smooth sail!

Eric has been great. We wanted to transfer two landline numbers for different companies which were with two different providers. This was done seamlessly. We recently switched over to Simpatico for our broadband and new VoIP system, and we have received a first class service.
Eric came and sat down with us and discussed our needs, offering practical advice in a simple professional way. Simpatico/Eric then arranged and dealt with the handover entirely. Everything has been handled in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner, with very little effort and next to no disruption on our part.

They sorted out our O2 data sim for us so we can have an internet/phone connection in our holiday cottages. The team at Simpatico went above a beyond helping us with advice and setting us up.
