I’ve been with Agility for 5 years now
I’ve been with Agility for 5 years now. It has been much better than my previous communications supplier. Any issues generally are rare get sorted promptly.
The phones have been reliable and I also have IT support to prevent cyber attacks.
I would recommend this company.

Always go the extra mile
We have been a customer of Agility for the past 3 years, recently had a change in requirements due to expansion which required us to use a contact centre solution. Although we were only 3 years into a 5 year agreement, Agility provided us with a brilliant new solution at a very competitive price. Can't fault the support we have received from Paul, Craig, Alan and the support team. Always go that extra mile for us which is refreshing to see given my experience with past providers.

Best Telecoms Company in the UK
A great company to deal with. We are a business with 5 sites and Agility installed our new phone system across all sites and installed Internet connectivity at each office in the U.K. and our German operation.
The next stage will be our IT support to be placed with Agility.
