Horrendous company AVOID AT ALL COSTS they are cheap for a reason as they are absolutely RUBBISH don’t waste your time and money with these fraudsters promise delivery’s and they have no intentions in supplying them

If I could give it no stars I would they a fraudulent company avoid at all costs

Bought a shower screen from B&Q who use this crowd, avoid like the plague

Bought shower door came with missing parts but we soon realised this item is so cheap and nasty we threw it in the bin offered us £30 to remove feed back I should of checked this sight before I purchased

Poor shower hinge.

Similar to other reviews, the shower glass fell during a shower. Was very lucky it wasn't my child in the bath at the time.

Very dangerous.

Unable to close shower doors as door stops wrongly located it’s now a week since first contact and still no resolution

Have to agree with the other reviews on this company and wish I had checked before I bought a shower screen from them. After just 2 years a hinge, holding the glass shower screen door on, snapped sending the glass door crashing down on my head, then onto the bathroom floor. Miraculously, it didn’t smash. I contacted them for a replacement hinge. First email when unanswered and the reply to the 2nd email was “sorry, out of stock”. My shower screen is now only fit for the dump. Do not use them!!!

it pays to look up trust pilot to check out bad businesses unfortunately I didn't check but I wish I had this company on (ebay) took my full payment for a Shower enclosure and a shower tray, I received confirmation of my order and the order was marked as dispatched on Ebay by this company the day after the order and after the item was marked as dispatched with delivery 3rd November I received an email saying that the free delivery that I chose on the ebay listing was £80 which I refused to pay they said that if I wanted to cancel then I would have my money back within 2 working days. well in the first place the Item was not dispatched which was a lie placed on ebay, second was I received no refund within two working days, nor within 3 or 4 working days, I have emailed demanding my refund twice both emails being completely ignored so they lied about the refund as well. thankfully Ebay has put in a report against this company and told me that there was a money back warranty with ebay which covers my refund, had there been a minus 10 stars that would still not be a low enough star rating for this shower ( pardon the pun) . simple bathrooms are simply the pits and should not be entrusted with your hard earned cash so take some real advice do not buy from this company or any other company on Ebay until you check the name being used as Simple bathrooms is actually a company called Homefast Bathrooms Ltd. you have been warned before buying check the company details on the ebay pages.

DO NOTuse this company,they are crooks. They promise you the world in their eBay advert, tell you it’s being delivered (3 different times) doesn’t arrive,then told its out of stock. Do deliver one in the end ( (different and cheaper), not acceptable, offered refund , so asked them to collect it and refund my money immediately. Still no reply, again DO NOT USE this company. They take your money and then no contact.

Item arrived not only damaged but with damage attempted to be covered up. Only notice after spending hour building. This company obviously buy damaged goods and try to sell as new. Terrible communication and just ignore your questions. Send people out to pick item up without informing you and get text messages at 6am. Avoid and buy from new nit used and damaged.

Returned an illuminated mirror after four weeks called Simplebathrooms who said they couldn't find the order. Eventually after a number of emails they stated they had found the order and would refund the amount which would take 24 - 48 hours. I then received an email to ask for information about my return. I telephoned Simplebathrooms who argued with me ...great customer service and stated they had not put they would refund in 24 - 48 hours. I was furious and ended the call stating I would contact trading standards etc. Within three mins I have received an email from world pay stating they had refunded the amount!! Do not use if you think you may return something. The staff need customer training
