Everything had worked as plan, coach was new. Driver (Sumon) was always open and doing his best for the trip needs and reacting to passengers needs. The whole process to get quotations and follow up has been also good and agile thanks to Nick.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! I booked and paid upfront for a 14 seat minibus. Nick who I booked with promised me a good service but has just let me down at the last minute. I asked when I booked what would happen if a mini-bus wasn’t available and he said I shouldn’t worry, they would send other cars on the day. But he has just emailed and asked me to pay an extra £225 on top of what I have already paid as vehicles are ‘in high demand’. The point of booking and paying in advance is to secure you a service. When I complained they offered to take £75 off the surcharge as a ‘gesture of goodwill’. What they should do is honour their original price and booking. They have absolutely wasted my time. Now I need to make other arrangements for 14 people at very short notice. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Update: following on from my original review, Simple Coach Hire asked me to delete it before they would give me a refund. I refused. I had to call and email them repeatedly before they eventually sent my money back.

Great services, first time using and was sceptical because I hadn’t ever booked anything like this before. The drivers were great and the speed in response time when I asked questions was very efficient. We will definitely be using this company in the future for all airport transport!

We used Simple Coach Hire for our daughter’s wedding to ferry the guests from Ipswich and Halesworth to Sudbury .

On time, updated, fare quite reasonable in short notice, van for going was sqeezed seats yet for 8 passangers for coming back was alright quite comfortable. Polite drivers for both journeys. Thanks

All booked with Nick everything went perfectly and a delightful driver who made our trip very straight forward and very pleasant .

We booked with Nick….. a very efficient simple process. I had to change times and pick ups but nothing was a problem. Our drivers ( one outward and 1 to return home ) were absolutely delightful. They arrived promptly with great, clean, luxurious vehicles and ensured our journeys were hassle free and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this company for their tremendous care and attention to detail.

Driver hassan was very accommodating and made sure we found him after the event. Highly recommend.

Lovely drivers, I suffer travel sickness, and the driver would check on me, and offered to pull over if I needed. (I thankfully didn’t) The mini bus was comfortable. Kids loved they had the option to connect to Bluetooth, and play their music.

We used the Company for transfers from Gatwick airport to Essex University for a study holiday. The service and communication were very good from the start to finish. Recommended.
