Great Products
Everything we ordered shipped timely and delivered in perfect condition. The roll under vanity looks great and is functional. I also love the large mirrored medicine cabinets we got. They really updated our master bath!

Well designed web site with reasonably thorough product descriptions. Very fast shipping. Opened box to check for damage. NONE! Extremely well packaged. Plugged in medicine cabinet to test functions. All as described. Will install in a few weeks with rest of bathroom remodel.

First of all, I’d like to clarify that we only charge the order amount you see at checkout, and the items are shipped from our U.S. warehouse. No additional transaction fees are collected by us, and there should be no other extra charges.
In your case, there are two possibilities:
1) In some special cases, your card-issuing bank may have charged a foreign transaction fee, which is not paid to us.
2) The charge you noticed might be from another order made around the same time, which could have been mistakenly associated with this purchase.
If possible, please provide a receipt showing the foreign transaction fee and confirm it was related to this order to our email. Once verified, we’ll be happy to offer further assistance to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Warped base
The toilet arrived quickly, but the bottom cast rim is uneven and I needed to shim all around the front edge to keep it from rocking on a level floor. I spoke with their customer service and they kindly provided a credit for my extra effort. They were very responsive to the issue.

Customer service was the best
I had broken my lid to the tank and once I got them the model number and my order number it only took two weeks to receive a new one. Customer service kept in contact with me until I received the new tank lid. Once I received the tank lid, customer service contacted me to make sure everything was all right. I was very impressed with their customer service and yes, I would buy another toilet from them.
