Rhiannon couldn't have been more helpful or professional in this process. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything extremely thoroughly. She was also very friendly and approachable, which made the process even easier for me. She was very easy to talk to about my personal circumstances which, quite frankly, are somewhat unusual! Plus, I didn't feel at all judged on anything I said. To be honest, afterwards, I wondered why I had put off making my will for such a long time.
I would definitely recommend this service as it has to be much safer (and easier!) than buying one of those High Street or Online "Will Packs" and trying to write the whole thing yourself from scratch.

Professional advice, price and other support options.

Very disappointing service. Myself and my husband are both on our 80s and wanted to put our LPAs in place along with updating our wills. Similar law contact me as I had previously made a will with them. One of Thier representative called and put our wishes in place. After this the customer service went down hill. The documents were received by post with stickers on where to sign, I appreciate many would be able to understand and would know how to complete and return the forms, We are in our 80s with poor health a company representative should have brought the forms back and completed what was required, as another company did with my Brother LPAs. They have since returned reprint of the forms which are NOT my signed original documents which they seem unable to locate!!!!!!! Please if you thinking of using these for LPAs please think again

It was very informative, made me think about things I hadn't thought about and made me aware of what may happen in different situations. Shane was very helpful. He made me think outside the box. I was given lots of information.

This afternoon Will made sorting out making my husband’s and my will a pleasure. A relaxed and comfortable phone call lasting about an hour.
He was so patient, especially when we had to work out answers to his necessary questions, that I hadn’t already anticipated.
Although my husband sometimes has difficulty hearing what was being explained or said, Will realised that I tended to take the lead during the call.
I would definitely recommend Simpler Law to anyone needing to arrange their wills etc.

We had a lovely gentleman called Gavin who helped us through the process. He explained it step by step in a very detailed and informative manner. We did not feel rushed or under pressure to accept what was being offered. It was our very first time to go through this journey (writing a will) and he made us feel totally at ease and comfortable. Gavin was knowledgeable, friendly and exceptional. Just waiting for our will to arrive.
