I haven't received my mats yet, but that's the problem. It's been 3 weeks since I've ordered my mats and there has been no status update. I also have received no response from company after inquiring about them. I wouldn't mind waiting, but don't say 10 days max to process then be radio silent.

Update as of 18 April: I looked at Google reviews and there were a ton of complaints about the company never sending the products that were paid for, some people waiting 6+ months. I also left a Google review and noticed that now most comments that spoke negatively about the company are removed. If you buy from here, you have wasted your time and money.

18 April additional update. Just asked for more information from the company. I dont want any excuses as to whether it's a logistical error, flood in warehouse, machinery malfunctions. SM186772 is my order number. Just refund me my money. Will report back on outcome.

Really helpful and responsive pre-sale service. Boot liner fits my X3 perfectly.it will be a shame to get it dirty.

Ordered my mats...no replys to emails and no contact phone number. Eventually got an email saying they were having logistical problems....chased again no reply. Have now cancelled order by email...no reply...will have to contact credit card company.

We placed an order with Simply Car Mats on 21st March and were informed that delivery would take 10 days. As of today, the order has not been received. We have sent three separate emails requesting an update and have yet to receive any form of response.

This complete lack of communication, combined with the failure to deliver the goods within the agreed timeframe, constitutes a breach of contract. It is both unprofessional and entirely unacceptable.

Unless this matter is resolved without further delay, we will be pursuing immediate legal action to enforce the agreement and seek appropriate remedies. We strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering doing business with this company.

Do not buy from Simply Car Mats!
They did not deliver what I ordered and have failed to respond to my emails. They have my money and I have the wrong car mats. Next stop trading standards…..

Still hasn’t been delivered

The mats took a while to arrive (that’s the only reason for four rather than five stars) but I am very happy with them. They look great and fit perfectly onto the studs on the floor of my Volvo V40.

Also a very reasonable price.

Great quality products, bought floor mats, seat covers and a boot cover. Only thing is the boot cover slightly too big in some areas, but fits good enough and very pleased with the quality. Seat covers fit perfect & very pleased with the quality of floor mats. Great communication & first couple items arrived immediately after ordering. Only wait was the floor mats, but was advised on wait time so it was not unexpected. Overall very pleased with communication and quality - very professional.

Great quality mats delivered quickly and efficiently. Quality of the mats and sizing was perfect and look brilliant in the car.
Was kept informed of delivery updates along the way.
Will definitely be returning if I need another set of mats in the future!

I made an order in January and have still not received my order and fear I have no hope of receiving it since the company ceased responding to emails on 17 February. Simplycarmats have not refunded me as requested and I have contacted Trading Standards out of principle. Fuming.

Delivery much longer than stated on website. Boot liner doesn't fit at all one side and poor fit on two others. It is also poorly finished in comparison to other boot liners I've bought. Communication has been good but doesn't compensate for underwhelming and ill-fitting product.

Placed order 16th Jan. Yodel lost the parcel. (Yodel admitted this). Simplycarmats said they were reordered on 10th Feb. I have emailed 6 times since then and they still haven't provided any details on the mats being sent out to me. It's now 13th March and I have no mats, no order confirmation or delivery details and no refund. Now they have stopped replying to emails.

I gave one star because there is no lower rating. I ordered my mats 07th Feb and Simply Car Mats do not know if they have been produced yet.

Ordered mats on 16th Feb. Had to chase for an update. Provided with shipping details, but items still not handed to carrier after a week. Almost 1 month later and no mats or ETA. Have given up and requested a refund.

Ordered car seat covers for my car and was very pleased with quality and fit of the items. They were delivered on time and I am very happy with my purchase

I have had no communications since placing the order (12th Feb 2025) with this company. Don't even know when the estimated date of order completion is, or when it is even due to arrive.

Yet, somehow, I am able to receive this survey alright asking about my experience. Surely, you can appreciate how frustrating this is for a customer. No communications on the product, but a survey to complete!

Ordered and paid for car mat set on 11 Feb. Despite two enquiries as to where my order is I still do not have it. first I was told they were "running behind" and to "be patient"! Then I was told there had been "some flooding which had now been resolved and to be patient"! Two days ago I was told my order was with the courier and to expect email as to delivery.....still waiting... Have told them to cancel order.............Hey ho..............

Order never arrived! Contacted them after 5days had a response order is being prepared. After 3 weeks of waiting still nothing. Requested a refund - no response! Because I paid via PayPal they sorted out my refund.

Excellent - a perfect fit and locating holes in all the right places. Highly recommended for Audi A2 and probably other makes as well.
