Fairly quick delivery. Mats are excellent and fit well. Happy with overall purchasing experience and quality of mats at a very reasonable price.

Got what I wanted had a little delay on delivery due to some problems in manufacturing but mats fit the car great very satisfied with the product.

Ordered a full set (front & rears) of Super Luxury car mats in black with red pre stitch for my 2022 MG HS since when I bought the car it was both missing the OEM mats and had some damage to the carpet on the drivers side. Not only do they perfectly fit but also match the red stitching on the existing interior amazingly. Covers up the original damage so everything's looking fresh and clean with what I'd say are better than OEM quality mats! Thanks to the whole team at Official Car Mats.

The customer care and help from this company was outstanding. I was unsure of the fit for my carmats, after getting the wrong ones from a local company.. And there were so many on line.. Dawn Price of Official Car Mats was so helpful, patient and assured me I had chosen the correct design mats for my new car.. She made me feel I could talk to her.. The mats arrived via Evri, and I was very pleased with them.. The colour, the quality and the fit were perfect and for a very reasonable cost.. I would recommend using this company, the service and assistance was above and beyond..

I would like to say thank you to official car mats,there service was excellent, I am always abit wary about buying online but it went perfectly,from putting my car reg in,all I need to do was,choose what colour and if I wanted a design on,I received emails to tell me,when being made,to being shipped, through to delivery date and they look fantastic, good quality and they fitted perfectly, so thanks to Freya and the staff at official car mats,I would highly recommend this company to anyone,a very efficient service,thanks again

I have just fitted my new Luxury black car mats in my 28 year old BMW which had still had the original mats.
I have owned the car from new and these new mats look really fabulous - what an upgrade!

Even when, in a "senior moment", I ordered the wrong set of mats, OCM came up trumps.
Excellent service and the finished articles are so good, I should wear slippers.

The mats themselves were very good and I was pleased with them when they arrived.
The problem was that they were a birthday present for my dad and Official Car Mats decided to ship my order with Evri, who are the worst carrier in the country, which of course meant it arrived late and I was unable to give him his present on his actual birthday.

Was very disappointing

Placed an order 1st aug. I received confirmation email for my order and that was it.
I phoned twice to see where they were and was told theyll be with you shortly
Eventually they arrived today 12th aug
Good quality mats but the wait and lack of contact was not good

I am sure my new mats will be very nice, if they ever arrive.

I ordered them on Tuesday 28 July. It took a week for them to be made and Evri received them on 5 August. It then took Evri two days to transfer them 200 miles to the delivery depot where they are still awaiting delivery.

I've got stuff from China quicker than this.

I don’t see an apology anywhere in your reply, so presumably that means that you think I should be satisfied with the way my order has been dealt with and that you consider a lead time of almost a fortnight to be reasonable for an item that takes you probably half an hour to make.

In your FAQs, regarding lead times, you state “All our mats get the VIP treatment, each one is expertly made-to-order, production lead time is 3-5 working days then Express delivery to UK mainland express delivery postcodes. You will be kept informed every step of the way.”.

But in your reply you say that “you are not based in an accessible next day delivery network area for the courier service we use.” Since I have a London postcode, are you saying that your customers in London and the south of England do not qualify for “Express delivery to UK mainland express delivery postcodes” and that we can therefore expect delivery to take a week? That’s an awful lot of people you’ve excluded from “Express delivery to UK mainland express delivery postcodes”, so perhaps your FAQs should be amended to show who are the lucky ones and who aren’t.

As regards your claim that "You will be kept informed every step of the way.”, that's as reliable as Evri's tracking info of last Wednesday that "we'll send you an estimated delivery time within 48 hours". Still waiting.

My review last Saturday was intended to get your attention, so that you could give Evri a chase-up before they lose the mats altogether, if they haven’t already since they haven’t updated their tracking info since last Friday. I don’t think I’ll be changing the rating, because it reflects not just the quality of the product but also delivery and how well the trader responds to problems and on both counts one star is well deserved.

Good selection of mats & materials. Fast delivery. Slight discrepancy with the position of the fitted clips, however, still managed to get them to fit

Just want to give a shout out to Dawn who rectified my order as I mistakenly ordered a logo on the mats that I didn’t want and she even gave me a refund for the logo which I didn’t ask for as it was my fault. So nice to get the response from Dawn and the mats came the next day that were great quality and just what I wanted for my father in law . 100% would recommend. Thanks Dawn.

Very easy to use website, was kept updated regarding delivery, I got them delivered today 28/07/2026, and are a perfect fit for my car (MGS9 7 seater),I am also going to order the 3rd row boot mat.

Superb quality car mats, I ordered the set of 4 super luxury car mats in Anthracite grey with pre red stitching- very well made & beautiful quality. They come with strong adhesive Velcro mat holders - they fit my mini JCW perfectly- so pleased would definitely recommend- thank you. Lisa
