Complete disappointment. The mats fit the floor of my ES 300h perfectly, but the smell is unacceptable. It’s been months and my car smells like a tyre warehouse. A premium car shouldn't smell like cheap chemicals. If I could give 0 stars, I would. If you don't want your car to smell like a chemistry lab, look elsewhere.

So glad I waited! Since Leapmotor is new to the UK market, it took a minute to get here, but wow—best mats I've ever bought. The quality is 10/10. Honestly, don't even look at other sites; these guys are the gold standard. Well done!

The best mats I have ordered in over thirty years and with the boot mat, i choose rubber for ease and convenience, never knowing what's going to end up in it, I can relax knowing the car is looking smart and easy to clean on the inside for a long time. ⚠️ Just a warning to others before buying from this company…

I bought a set of car mats only a few months ago and they already look extremely worn. The material has completely flattened and looks much older than it should after such a short time.

More importantly, the driver’s mat was moving around under my feet while driving, which felt really unsafe.

I contacted the company within months (even reached out on social media first), sent photos, and explained everything clearly. Despite this, they’ve said it’s just “normal wear and tear” and won’t take responsibility. Their solution was to offer me a discount to buy a more expensive set instead.

I personally don’t think it’s acceptable for something like this to wear out so quickly or feel unsafe to use.

Just sharing my experience so others are aware before purchasing.

To clarify, my complaint has always been about the quality and durability of the mats, not just the fixing method. While the missing peg was mentioned, this does not explain why all mats – including the rear mat with very little foot traffic – have become significantly flattened and worn within only a few months.

The mats have also been regularly maintained, including professional cleaning, and still remain in a worn condition. This clearly indicates the issue is with the material itself rather than use or care.

I did attempt to make contact earlier via social media and followed your instruction to email. The timing of communication does not change the fact that the product should be reasonably durable.

I have not requested anything unreasonable – only that the product meets expected standards. I also do not accept the suggestion that this is related to “review threats”; I have simply outlined my intention to escalate after being unable to resolve the issue directly.

For transparency, I will continue to pursue this through the appropriate channels.

Very smooth transaction and attentive responses to a query I had .I was concerned when ordering that the quality of the product may not be that good but delighted with both the fixings quality and timing. Installed with ease.

After receiving an email days ago saying mats had been delivered and they hadn't i left a review. The company got in touch saying they didnt send message saying they had been delivered. I don't know who sent this but definitely got it. Both myself and my husband read it. I don't think now the message came from this company. Anyway they have arrived and are fabulous worth the wait. Definitely recommend this company.
