Bought the less expensive mats as the car doesn't get a huge amount of use.
Very impressed with the quality.
Nice " Blue " stitching to complement the car's colour.
Slight problem to begin with but all sorted extremely quickly.
All in all a very happy customer.

Brilliant car mats
Recently received my new car mats from Official Car Mats for my BMW G30 5 series. I ordered the Prestige spec. Before ordering I did procrastinate a little on their price versus the cheaper specs, but my goodness am I glad I went with these. Hands down the best car mats I’ve ever had in car ownership (34 cars so far), better than BMW OEM. Fitting is spot on. Quality and depth of the carpet is high end. In short, I highly recommend.

Great service saved a slow delivery
I am happy with the mats and the overall value. The process took nine days in total, which feels a bit sluggish for a UK business, but the support team made up for it. Their communication was prompt and they proactively upgraded my delivery to next day.

All of our mats are bespoke and manufactured to order from over 8,000 different patterns. Our production lead time is up to five working days, with delivery taking up to three days. If there are ever any delays in production or packing, we automatically upgrade delivery to a 24-hour service to ensure orders are received within the advertised lead time. I can see that this was achieved for your order.
As these are not off-the-shelf products, every set of mats is made brand new and to order, giving each one our full attention from start to finish.

Car Mats Not the claimed weight
The Super Luxury Car Mats I ordered were at best 2000gsm not the 2850gsm as stated, i.e. they were a lot less thick or dense as they should have been. They blamed they material suppliers for this.
Whilst I was refunded, I received no gratuity for pointing out this problem so the likely hood is that nothing will change.
So be careful if you order from official car mats as other descriptions of material weight might well be underweight as well.

Company policy prohibits providing free upgrades in situations where a review is used as leverage.
Regarding the GSM, all of our mats are manufactured using UK automotive-grade materials. The stated weight also takes into account material usage per square metre based on our CAD designs, including standard wastage and our prices are some of the most competitively priced car mats on the UK market for like for like material.
We always aim to resolve concerns fairly and transparently. A free returns link was provided on the first day of contact, and a full refund was promptly processed once the return was arranged.
While we’re disappointed to receive a one-star review, particularly after a full refund was issued, we respect every customer’s right to share their experience.
We remain committed to delivering high-quality products and customer service, and we thank all customers for their honest feedback.

The braiding around the edges was not…
The braiding around the edges was not on the edges!
I wanted 500x on them but at the very last moment I received an email saying what would you like incase we can’t do that. I said a “X” , which I dont like as it looks like a kiss opposed to the model.

Super Luxury?
Ordered Super Luxury Car Mats for Mazda CX30. (Order 101777) Processing of order- good, fit - good, navy blue trim - nice, heel pad- seems strong, overall look - good. The minor disappointment is that compared to the original carpets supplied by Mazda those supplied by OCM seem more synthetic and don’t have the deep soft pile that I was expecting from ‘Super Luxury grade’. We’ll see how well they last in comparison.

Fantastic mats
Saw an AD on tiktok, checked out their website and was shocked that a new set of mats for a wv polo was £28 and even got a 15% code for signing up. I got the most basic mats and they are still great quality. I got my name embroidered on and a cherry and looks high quality. Would really recommend. Only took 11 days to make and arrive at my house in Northern Ireland. Would recommend 🥰
