Lovely set of mats. Great quality and look great in my car

My boot liner arrive on Saturday 2nd November, not had time to fit it due to weather, Have unpacked it, looks well made, looking forward to fitting in my car

Good fit good quality

Bought theses for my vw t6 and they are very poorly made and the fit is awful I've just used them to go under my old van mat's till I get around to ordering a decent set

Although they are nice quality mats I would have expected that they would have had the fittings for the locator pegs.

The car mats were delivered in good time and looked great. Unfortunately the factory had made the holes to large for the floor grommets. I got in touch via email and was able to sort it out quickly. The upshot was they remade the front mats along with our chosen colour trim and logo. Just received and they are perfect. I must say the customer service has been first rate which makes a pleasant change these days. To me communication is the key and in this case I cannot fault it. On each occasion of me emailing Dan and Jeff they responded in less than 5 minutes. What more can you ask for. Well done!

We just want to say how much we appreciate the protective covers we ordered from your company.

We recently purchased a Kia Sportage GT Line S and needed to protect the cargo space as we have two dachshund dogs. We also use the cargo space with the rear seat lowered in order to stow two full sets of golf clubs plus two electric trolleys. Hence the need for protecting the upholstery of our new car.

Your covers fit very well with proper openings around the speakers and internal lights so there is no compromise in leaving the covers in place at all times. We still have the flexibility of just lowering one of the seats too.

The quality is excellent, and we are very pleased with them.

I want to exchange item/refund. Zero customer service provided. I sent several emails with no response.

The holes drilled in the mats do not match the pegs on the floor panel of the car.
The mats were CORRECTLY selected and fit the foot well, but because the anchoring holes don’t lineup they don’t sit evenly.
The holes were not just cut in the wrong locations, but not properly finished either. The two part plastic gromet inserts that that line the holes weren’t properly seated and don’t properly lock into each other. Delivery also took longer than expected.

Rubbers Mats were as described, good quality and fit well. Delivery was speedy

I ordered rubber car mats for a Agro X and 3 weeks later got sent mats for a Lexus RX 450H 2009-2013, I am very disappointed at this, will not be able to send them back as cost too much, I paid £15 for postage as it is to Channel Islands.

Arrived quicker than expected. Had numerous mats for different cars. Just wish they would sell front mats only as the back ones never wear.

I ordered the boot liner to fit my Audi Q8 we sent pictures and all was accepted and we finally received it 2 days ago. The quality is fantastic and the fit and craftsmanship is exquisite. We fitted it with all the Velcro and it looks amazing. Thank you so much.
