Delivery meant to be 1-2 days, its now been 5 days and Royal Mail still haven’t received the package

Alhamdulillah got my Tajweed Mushaf it was such a quick and smooth process. I made mistake in address but it was instantly corrected by Simply Deen and I got the delivery within two days.

Quality products and quick delivery

They never processed my order. No one responded to my email for enquiry. My money was not refunded either. Don’t buy from them.
Same thing happened the first time I bought from them. I had ti chase them with multiple emails before my order was processed. This time around, no one responded to me and it’s been 6 months now. No refund, no item sent.

I had a really positive experience with Simply Deen. I ordered a jubbah, and when it arrived it was slightly short for me. Even before I returned the original one, they kindly sent me a second jubbah without any hesitation.

Made a mistake myself when completing the order details, yet Simply Deen was kind enough to send out my order again ensuring I still receive my order. Would highly recommend.

I ordered two yet only received one head scarf. Not good!

Fit was not true to size at all. I bought a few thobes for a wedding, none of which the sizes fit, even though we followed the chart size on the website, clearly there is a manufacturing issue with the way the thibes have been stitched. The thobe looked nothing like the picture. One of the thobes had a stain on it. Emailed for a refund, no one gets back, called multiple times and no one pick up have spent £100 down the drain. Poor customer service, clearly they don't want to refund faulty items. I will only change this review once my refund is given and someone liase with me

Poor quality product. Loosely hand stiched. Don't even think it can be washed without coming apart.
