Simply Hammocks Reviews

Recently dealt with Greg at Simply Hammocks and can't thank him enough for the time he spent helping us get the best hammock for our hammock stand. Greg spent a considerable time discussing various hammocks. He went above and beyond!
Simply Hammocks is the place to go for hammocks and exceptional customer service.

First class service and communication. After some delays with stock arriving to the supplier as scheduled, the supplier then pulled out all the stops to get delivery of the hammock chair rushed out on an urgent delivery, kept a check on delivery progress with the courier and kept me fully updated the whole time.

I recently purchased this hammock, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my decision! The quality is absolutely outstanding – the craftsmanship is evident in every detail. The wood used for the frame is not only incredibly sturdy but also has a rich, natural finish that adds a touch of elegance to my outdoor space.

The hammock itself is so comfortable and well-made that it feels like pure luxury to lounge in it. The materials are durable yet soft, providing the perfect balance of support and coziness. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care went into designing this product.

Assembling it was a breeze, and it’s clear this hammock is built to last. Whether you're looking for a relaxing retreat or a stylish addition to your backyard, this hammock is a no-brainer. Highly recommend it to anyone seeking quality, comfort, and a touch of sophistication! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Friendly and helpful with good product knowledge

I ordered a family hammock in the sale thinking it included the base. I rang and emailed to say could I exchange it for another with a base and not to ship the first one. It still arrived and no one has emailed about an exchange. I us a Christmas present.

Cant wait to set up the hammock! Roll on Christmas day!
From the outset my experience was really good.
The website was really good but i called them regardless to ask further q's and they were great about it.
They just seemed really keen to help.

Great sale offer. Delivered extremely quickly. Now we just need good weather again for hammock chilling.

Great customer service and quality product

There hammock material is looked after, and not the normal, business attitude.

Fantastic an practical advice and the product is excellent - would definitely recommend.

I previously had the same chair (different company/colour) which had perished over time, with use and being out in all weather, so found this one at Simply Hammocks.
It's a brighter version and I absolutely love it, really mediterranean looking and adds a splash of colour to my balcony!

Helped me to purchase a spare part they didn’t normal stock. Received great communication from the team.

My order was acknowledged immediately and the parcel arrived exactly as expected - on time and in good condition.

Well packaged. Good quality. Very comfortable. Would buy again.

Great hammock delivered next day. Very comfy and looks beautiful too.

What a cracking company to deal with! Quality kit, you can instantly talk to a human and they instantly and professionally sort any issues out even when the issue was me being a muppet and ordering the wrong item.
