Worst temporary tattoos ever. I ordered a custom tattoo and it took almost a month for it to get here. I thought it was a scam at first. That’s the FIRST THING, second this temporary tattoo is a piece of sh!t. Been a little over 24 hours and it’s already peeling off. I’ve had temporary tattoos out of those game machines for little kids. Biggest waste of $25 dollars ever!

Ordered 2 tribal elephant tattoos, 3 weeks later still hasn't shown up. I contacted their help desk and was told they would send out replacements with a tracking number this time, that was 2 weeks ago. I wish I had read the reviews first. This company is just taking money and not delivering. So im out $8 and a lot of wasted time checking the mail. Come on people you can do better!

This is the worst company, assuming it is even a real one. They issue a shipping confirmation right away, but the product never comes. I contact them 3 times after placing the order over a month ago and received these responses "it was lost in the mail", "we will send you a replacement", and "keep an eye on your product with this shipping number". I finally had to get me credit card company to reverse the charge.

It's been over 2 weeks and still waiting for my tat. Wish i would of looked up reviews before i ordered

Scam - avoid..

I ordered some tattoos last year. I waited a few weeks and never got them so I emailed them. I got a message that said they had a “high volume” of orders and it would be shipped in 24-48 hours with a tracking number. That tracking number didn’t work. After two other attempts and them “resending” the tattoos, I still never got them. I then emailed them several times about a refund and never got a response. They’re stealing money.

I ordered 2 personalized temporary tattoos in September 2025. It never arrived so I emailed them in October. They apologized and said they’d have it sent in 6-8 days. I needed the tattoos for something specific and if they couldn’t deliver by that date, I wanted to cancel so I could order elsewhere. I was assured 6-8 days. Never came. Then I emailed saying it it still hadn’t anrrived and asked for a refund. Crickets. They didn’t bother to respond. It’s now January 2026. No tattoos. No refund. I would have been a returning customer if I’d just received what I paid for. Or at least had them be honest and refund my money. Don’t waste your time and definitely don’t waste your money.

Ordered two small (2x2) temp tattoos… they notified me they shipped the items but since it was in a standard envelope that there was no tracking. Two weeks later I still hadn’t received it. Contacted them about it, got a reply back within a day or two. After a little back and forth they said they’d have the warehouse reprint and resend. No notification was given this time. Waited another two weeks with no communication, then reached out again. Their policy is that refunds can be given 30 days FROM PURCHASE. So I requested a refund since I was just a day or two away from not getting one per policy. Luckily the reversed charge is pending on my credit card. But I won’t be doing business with them again.

Never received my order nor a response to multiple emails inquiring about it and then inquiring about a refund. I filed a complaint with BBB and nothing came of that either. Evidently this is the way with this company. How are they still in business and not being held reliable for the money they are stealing?

i would give them less than one star if i could. i ordered a small butterfly tattoo for around £3, then paid a £5 international shipping fee which was understandable

i waited for more than a month and my order didn’t arrive, i emailed customer service and they confirmed that my order had been lost in the mail

they agreed to resend my original order along with some free tattoos for the inconvenience

one week later, my original tattoo arrived with no other tattoos. i applied it perfectly according to all the instructions, but even after 24h, barely anything has appeared on my skin

ridiculous, useless and scamming people

I’ve used them twice - 4 years apart. Both times, my order got lost in the mail TWICE. Both times, customer support was horrible, non-responsive half the time, or saying they’d ship out a replacement and then forgetting. Baffled

I ordered two sleeve tattoos and they never arrived. Still waiting despite it being over two weeks past the expected arrival date, plus they dont give a shipping label. I've emailed them for support but they never responded to my queries.

Never arrived. Useless. Dont use them.

Order was shipped weeks ago. Has not arrived. No tracking number. No response via multiple attempts to reach them.

I ordered on 10/10 - received a tracking number because a shipping label was created on 10/15 and as of today (10/22), USPS has still not received the package to ship. I allowed a couple of weeks for shipping based on when I ordered and when I needed these by and there’s no way they’re going to arrive in time. I have reached out to customer service twice and received zero acknowledgment. I have most recently asked for a refund and do not expect I will receive that or my items. HIGHLY recommend against ordering from here.

I placed two orders on September 10th they were sent 9/13 one order arrived 3weeks later the other still hasn’t. Customer service is a joke. They offered to resend but never did. And won’t respond anymore.

Less than one star! Total scam!! Took me for $20. Got an email my tattoos were shipped USPS letter mail so no tracking. I emailed support 3 times with no response. Total BS. DO NOT USE!!!

They never sent them. I think this company is a scam and I am surprised that the CC companies continue to work with them. I contacted my CC company and disputed the charge and will receive that money back. I won't get my time back however.
