I ordered two sleeve tattoos and they never arrived. Still waiting despite it being over two weeks past the expected arrival date, plus they dont give a shipping label. I've emailed them for support but they never responded to my queries.

Never arrived. Useless. Dont use them.

Did not receive my order. No response to multiple emails.
Total scam!

Order was shipped weeks ago. Has not arrived. No tracking number. No response via multiple attempts to reach them.

I ordered on 10/10 - received a tracking number because a shipping label was created on 10/15 and as of today (10/22), USPS has still not received the package to ship. I allowed a couple of weeks for shipping based on when I ordered and when I needed these by and there’s no way they’re going to arrive in time. I have reached out to customer service twice and received zero acknowledgment. I have most recently asked for a refund and do not expect I will receive that or my items. HIGHLY recommend against ordering from here.

I placed two orders on September 10th they were sent 9/13 one order arrived 3weeks later the other still hasn’t. Customer service is a joke. They offered to resend but never did. And won’t respond anymore.

Less than one star! Total scam!! Took me for $20. Got an email my tattoos were shipped USPS letter mail so no tracking. I emailed support 3 times with no response. Total BS. DO NOT USE!!!

They never sent them. I think this company is a scam and I am surprised that the CC companies continue to work with them. I contacted my CC company and disputed the charge and will receive that money back. I won't get my time back however.

Just another one of the growing breed of companies that preys on people through social media targeting, paid advertising, and the algorithms. Gross.

I agree that this is not a legitimate company.

I typically check reviews thoroughly before ordering from a new company and I failed to do so this time. Big mistake.

I was charged immediately did not receive tattoos. I emailed customer service who said they would put another order in the mail at no charge. I was super impressed, but of course order never received. Multiple emails and attempts to contact with no reply.

Two orders of custom designed tattoo were claimed shipped, but none arrived. Customer service ignores inquiries

I don't beleive this is a legitimate company. I placed and order on September 1st and was immedaitely changed for the order. I received an email stating it shipped on September 9th, but it hasn't arrived. The online order status only shows that the order was accepted. I have sent three inquiries to the company about the status of my order, which have gone unanswered. The email and phone number listed on their website are invalid - the email team@****** bounces back with an invalid mailbox and the phone number listed in the FAQ section is disconnected.

If there was an option for no stars I would have done that. I ordered a tattoo and took about a week to say it was shipped which was fine. But then it sat there for a week with no movement. So I asked about it and got a response it'll be sent out in 48 hours . Another week went by and nothing so I sent another message and this time no response. Then another week and I said please cancel my order and give me a refund and I got no response again. I would avoid this company at all costs. There's a lot of companies like this and this one is not the one you want.

Beautiful tattoos exactly as shown, shipping was good, and excellent customer service!

I ordered tattoos I wanted for the summer that I requested to be white. They were a brownish skin tone that didn’t show up at all. They asked me to send a pic which I did so they could replace them. They said white doesn’t show up..well it wasn’t white. Then they ask me to send 3.99 for shipping to replace them. Which I did. Now still waiting on that order that the shipping label was printed now for most two weeks but still not shipped. They lie and take money without replacing your order that they obviously messed up. I will never order from here again. Worst experience I have ever had with customer service. All and all this has been almost 2 months going through this. I guess I can see if they come by next summer.

Fake company - do NOT waste your money / time.

The tattoos took over 3 weeks to arrive so I missed the event I wanted them for.

I never received my order and they never responded to any emails or text. Total ripoff

I received notice on June 9 that my order had shipped. Like so many others, my order never arrived. I first reached out on the website, and was ignored. I then reached out the next day via email, and was ignored again. I even tried Facebook Messenger, but was ignored. Finally, after 3 days of being ignored, I let them know I was going to contact my bank and request a chargeback (which harms their relationship with the credit card companies). Once I did that, I was contacted:

On the same day, I got a reply to my original webform, and then a reply to my email saying, "Here's proof we already replied to you" and giving me a screenshot of the previous email, sent several hours earlier.

Since I was being asked to reply to the first email (which came several days after my first contact attempt), I read that carefully. They claimed they had shipped my tattoos on the 10th, not the 9th (the date they had previously informed me it had shipped). So off the bat, I was lied to at some point.

Then, despite it being obvious (from my chargeback threats) that I wanted a refund, they offered to send me a new shipment as my only remedy. I insisted on a refund. Before they agreed, they chose to send "proof" (with doctored images) that they had replied to "all" of my contact attempts.

My big regret is that I thought they were a legitimate company, and as such entrusted them with original artwork.
