Sara has been a huge help with issues! She is timely and communicates very well!

Had to call and cancel an order as the customer wasn't able to get the file to me in time to have the order received by due date. Sara was so kind and was able to cancel the order before it got into production.

I just wanted to give a "Big Thank You" to Thérèse B. & Sweetzhel...for taking care of my labels for my customer....They were beautiful!!! All there help made me feel better about ordering something that I had never ordered before!!! Again THANK YOU!!!!

There was a mix up with delivery in which I needed to pay extra for other couriers to fix the mix up. Sinalite credited me for the extra courier costs with no problem. Thank you for that.

We had a package that was damaged in shipping and contacted customer service to get it handled. They got back to me same day and replaced the damaged product. Chrizzy was helpful and pleasant. 5 stars!

I sent 250 roll labels and approved them, and after the approval, the client called to request an increase to 500, which you handled without any issues.

Great customer service and quality control. My package was handled really well.

They've already been good but our last orders (on a couple of months) have all been unusable. A vinyl banner that the colors were extremely faded and 2 borders were almost shredded. They dismissed our request for replacement saying it was still usable.

Another order where the black was gray and the ink was staying and staining our fingers AND the alignement was out between 1/8 to 1/4 inches depending on the cards. They replied first telling us the black wasn't the correct code. In fact it was the same code as our 20 previous orders from a couple printers including them that was ok. They never adressed the staining ink so we replied but they never got back. No replacement or credits, again.

Another order that they asked us to destroy to get credit but we finally never got the credit after sending the pictures. They stopped replying.

I would recommend keeping away. There is no quality control and no after sales service. We have been using them for a couple years prior to that.

We have been working with SinaLite for over a decade. Their online platform makes ordering seamless, cost effective and with quick turnarounds. Their customer service is reliable and are always looking for the best way to resolve your issue. We look forward building to our future with our ongoing and fruitful business relationship.

Sinalite had great products, great pricing, and great customer service. We order from them several times a week. We also order very large quantities of postcards and their turn time on such large orders is excellent.

This company has been a nightmare to work with. They don’t prioritize helping their customers as they claim; once they’re paid, they just move on to the next. I rarely use their services, but when I do, it's an obvious money grab, with little regard for quality or customer support after the sale. Every minor thing incurs additional fees, making the experience frustrating and costly.

Most recently, I ordered 15 embroidered hats of the same brand and model, just in different colors. Yet, I was charged a digitizing fee for each color and lost out on bulk pricing because a simple color change was enough to disqualify my order. I’ve significantly overpaid and now have evidence to send to the Better Business Bureau.

Sadly, this isn’t the first time. When I ordered stickers previously, it was such a terrible process that I eventually bought my own sticker machine to avoid dealing with them. This company was once great for small businesses, but now they’ve grown too big to care. They simply do not prioritize their customers.

SinaLite customer service has been helpful. Quick response and assistance with rush projects. While I have had to pick up myself to expedite service, they have been a trusted print provider of ours for over 20 years.

Customer Service has always been great, especially Farrah, who answered all my questions in a friendly timely manner.

Rep was pleasurable and genuinely concerned to find a resolution. He made it happen.

Customer service employees always try their best to find a solution of your problem. Today Sara went out of the way to help me to push UPS for early delivery of our package. I was amazed that she took efforts to find my package and make sure that I receive it on time. two thumbs up for Sara!
