Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Order Support and Mishandling – Ticket #Case#: 09946068 / Order # 164205056 / CT601507486

Dear Sianlite Customer Service,

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the handling of my recent order Ticket # 09946068 Order # 164205056 / CT601507486

On September 29th, I uploaded a new file for my order, then realized a further revision was required. Within just a few hours, I submitted the corrected file and sent multiple follow-up emails requesting that it be updated before production. Despite my repeated attempts (Sept 29, 2:33 PM, and several more messages throughout Sept 30), I received no response for over 24 hours.

Your team had already advised me that turnaround is 7 business days, which means production should not have started immediately. If my request had been addressed in a timely manner, the file could have easily been updated without issue. Instead, the lack of response and system delays left me unable to confirm or approve the correct file, and I was only told on October 1st that the order was already in production and could not be changed.

This is deeply frustrating because:

I submitted the corrected file within hours of the initial upload.

I followed up multiple times without any acknowledgment.

The delays and lack of communication were entirely on your side, not mine.

As a result, I now risk delivering an incorrect product to my client.

This situation is unacceptable, especially given that I raised the issue well before production should have been locked. I am requesting immediate action to resolve this matter. At minimum, I expect either the file correction to be honored (if possible), or fair compensation for the mishandling of this order.

Please escalate this complaint to a supervisor or manager. I value reliable partners for my business, but the lack of responsiveness and accountability here has caused unnecessary stress and potential loss.

I reached out to verify shipping times for an order that my customer needed very soon, since the order didn't get placed for the same day production time. I reached out to Sinalite and they went over the times for the order and that it would be shipped out the next day. The next morning Sara went above and beyond to contact me first thing and let me know it was already handed off to the carrier and sent me the tracking number. They could have just updated it in my account, but the fact they knew I was worried about the order and contacted me was high class customer support thank you!

Sinalite has always been a great resource for me.
Between responsive customer service, good lead times, coupons, and templates on demand they're personally one of my favorite print vendors. Sara specifically answered my questions in my support ticket in a timely manner, and made it clear that she doing it with a great attitude. I cannot express how much I appreciate them!
