I placed an order that didn’t ship til 2 weeks after it was supposed to. Expected to ship 8th July and shipped July 22nd. When I followed up and asked for expedited shipping received no response and also no explanation for the delay. As a wholesale trade printer I would expect better as this now places my order in jeopardy due to not being shipped on time. I received an order i had placed one week after the other one so this was definitely a screw up which they failed to take any responsibility for.

We had to make an urgent update to an order after we approved it. The agent, Sara, was very helpful in us being able to make the changes and moving the order to the next step.

Great team, great prices, and it always shows up when expected.

Janna, was amazing to work with her today, even tho i had already approved my file for print - she was able to track it down at prepress and update the paper stock to what i needed.. Great Quality, Great Service, Great Company

Janna was great, she helped me and fixed an error on my items size that i had kept sending her and I was wrong. She went above and beyond with her customer service. I use Sinalite quite often and no product has ever dissapointed. Highly reccomend Janna and the whole Sinalite company for you print partner!!

I have worked with Sinalite for more than 5 years. I just looked it up. I placed my first order with them back in 3/2020. And over hundreds of orders of all kinds of different print products, they've been nothing less than stellar. I have only interacted with their support a handful of times because it just hasn't been necessary. But, in those few times it was, I found them extremely helpful. And today's support interaction was another example of this. I reached out today not because I had a problem, but because I wanted some education on how we could better prepare our print files. And Shawn from their support team was AWESOME. He took the time to actually look through the file, walk me through what he saw and how it would/would not impact the print process. Not to sound old, but in this day and age when it is hard to even get past a stupid AI chatbot to talk to an actual human, I found that level of support fantastic! I cannot recommend them highly enough. (Although I am loathe to do so because I sort of consider them one of my "secret weapons.") 😄

The costumer services have been great in assisting my needs on my printing services, specially Sara. Thank you for your assistance.

I've been using SinaLite for a couple years now and have always been extremely happy with the products and great Customer Reps like Sara. The interface is easy to use and there always seems to be some great discount code available to save some money.

We use them for flyers, foam boards and yard signs and the quality for all of them are the best! Very happy with them!

Sara escalated my issue to IT right away and it was resolved very quickly! Awesome customer service as always!

The customer service is atrocious! It's worse than none existent, becasue it's so disrespectful.

Turnaround times are atrocious. Did a customer order for 100 c2s posters. Ordered on My 9th and paid for. Contacted today and was told that the order wouldn't ship until May 26. Add shipping times of 4 days. Thats over 20 days for a customer order of 100 posters. Far too long. Not even an update given while waiting.

In custom quote turnaround time said fast, no indication it would take 2 weeks. Their standard C2S 8pt goes for 4 business days standard.

Please if you are reading this, Sinalite is not worth it for custom orders. It's best to tell your client you cannot do it than to rely on them to do it for you.

Sinalite has always had exceptional customer service and recently one the reps, Farrah, investigated my issue and had it resolved in the same day. She was extremely helpful.

Sara was helpful and quick with assistance finding the quickest solution to my problem.

Shabee is extremely responsive. I emailed her and the team requesting shipping weight and dimensions for my website, and she was delightful to work with!

Great printer in the past. Just printed door magnets and they didn't stick at all. They suggested that you clean the surface and the magnet. I've been buying magnets for nearly 20 years. I know about cleaning the surface. I've never seen a magnet fall right off in seconds. One of the magnets was crushed under the wheel of the truck before it left the parking lot. I'm stuck with no good magnets. I had them made somewhere else and guess what. THEY STICK!!!

They are a great print partner. They have videos for tough file setups and if you have questions they do respond to chat and tickets quickly and help resolve issues. I have found their support to be patient. I worked with Farrah and she was a great help on a foil card setup.
