Adam and Paul were amazing. Experts in their field but able to talk through everything simply. They understood my requirements and delivered a suitable product. On hand throughout the process and always responded promptly to any queries i had. Would highly recommend, 5 star service from start to finish.

Dak and Abby were efficient and competent with my mortgage application and kept me in the loop throughout the process. I particularly appreciate being able to speak to a person on the phone from time to when it's necessary. I was very impressed also by their relationship with the lender.

Sirius are a superb brokerage with lots of knowledge. Neil who is our broker, goes above and beyond to find the best deal and secondly makes sure the deal goes through. He gets involved throughout the transaction and is always available.

Responsive, efficient, considerate, and proficient.
This is the second occasion we have collaborated with Sirius, and I would certainly endorse their services. Frankly, we deliberately opted for Sirius following our initial encounter.
Please do not take the subsequent comment as derogatory, but we (from the Netherlands) perceive that at times, UK service could be enhanced. In comparison to the Netherlands, longer response times and less accurate initial responses are apparent. Sometimes, it feels as though technological enhancements could elevate the level of service provided to clients. However, we cannot make this observation about the Sirius team.
On this occasion, they assisted us with Bridging Finance. Initially, we found this arrangement incredibly daunting, but our contact reassured us that she could swiftly navigate us through it. Eventually, we entrusted them to proceed. Our decision speaks volumes because our finances are at stake.
We are yet to ascertain whether refinancing is as straightforward as we have been assured (we still find it a bit scary), but we are definitely inclined to give Sirius the benefit of the doubt.

I can not rate Andy and Jody at Sirius highly enough. It was a very steep learning curve for me negotiating my way around a loan to purchase a house but the help and support I received was second to none. I was constantly kept upto date with what the next part of the process would be and what I needed to do. Everything was explained to me and the constant communication and support was extremely appreciated. Doing something like this on your own can be daunting but I truly didn’t feel lost at any point and Andy and Jody always replied promptly to my questions and emails.
If you are looking into getting a loan or finance you will be in safe hands with this company. Thank you guys for not only your help, but also your kindness and support. Sarah X

A very good experience working with Sirius
A very good experience working with Sirius and good result was achieved in a very dynamic mortgage market. Cain Lam was very responsive, detailed and accurate. I would certainly use again.
The only one improvement area would be for Sirius to have been proactive and moved me automatically to a lower rate prior to completion as the lender rates reduced rather than me having having to prompt each time. I do appreciate this could have been challanging for them due to frequecny of rate changes and volume of clients they may have had at the time.
