Poor customer service. Shop workers don’t understand, they speak to manager through messages. Brought two suits for my son a few weeks ago paid £120 which included a discount as suits added up to £148. Suits needed to be returned as the sizes didn’t fit our son.
Found alternative suits which totalled to £147 and was told I had to pay a further £27 to cover the new cost of suits. Total robbery. It should have been a straight swap. I WILL NOT be returning to this place or recommend it to others.

Very happy with my 16 year Old Son’s Suit, excellent quality and exactly as shown on website. Fits my son like a glove. Delivery was quick as well. Customer service is amazing as well.

I ordered a 4-piece ivory paisley waistcoat set from Sirri for a wedding. The photo on the website showed an ivory shirt to match the paisley ivory waistcoat and cravat, but when I received the 4-piece set, it came with a white shirt instead, which didn’t look as good as expected.

I contacted Sirri via WhatsApp to explain the issue, and their customer service was excellent. They communicated clearly and allowed me to exchange the item without any hassle.
I’ve now received the correct set and I’m very happy with it. The quality is great, the price is also very reasonable, and the customer service was outstanding throughout. I would recommend Sirri.

Looks good, but the material is thinner compared to those from Next and M&S.

I had never heard of this company before, but ordered my son's christening outfit from them as they had a much wider selection than mainstream retailers. My items were not posted for a couple of days after ordering, so I emailed their customer service team who were extremely helpful and responsive, and made sure I received my items in time for the christening. The outfit itself was good quality, as shown in the pictures on Sirri's website, and the sizing was accurate. My son looked great at his christening. I really recommend this company.

This company was extremely helpful several times over the.communication was very fast and I would absolutely recommend and use them again.They organised free returns even when I ordered the same size twice by mistake .

What made the experience so wonderful on Sunday 19th was the welcome and all the help and advice given. The quality of the suit and other extra items brought for my son party, and proms. Superb quality suit for my 11 year old son. Excellent free quick delivery. Ordered 2 for the sizing and returned one as too big. Super quick to refund. Fantastic company to deal with. I will definitely be using again and will be recommending it to others.

Order confirmation came immediately. I was always updated on the shipping status until delivery. Loved the suit design and quality.
The pair of trousers are a little too long for my son but i would fold them up.
