Ordered 3 matching tie and pocket square sets for me and my two sons and had a problem with royal mail loosing my parcel. The customer service team went above and beyond to send out another order on a 24 hour delivery to ensure I got my sets before the wedding I'm attending. Couldn't be more happy about the service and the products we received

Make sure you read company policy!
Previously I would have given this business a 5* rating but the customer care totally lets it down. The customer care team in my view needs some training on how to speak to customers. But maybe I just have unrealistic and high standards!
The actual items are of superb quality. They are lovely suits. Package is impressive and my son’s suit came in really good quality suit cover. Really good value for money. My son had a lot of compliments on his trousers, shirt, waistcoat and tie. Shipment was also super efficient with the items arriving only a day after ordering them.
Please don’t make the same mistake that I did and not read the policy on returns. Please be aware that the company only excepts returns of full suits and not part of the suit. My son decided that he did not want to keep the blazer part of the suit as it was too big on him. I returned it only to be informed that I would need to pay for return postage to me of the blazer as they don’t accept part of the item back. Which is absolutely fair enough and my error. In fairness they were quick to let me know and even chased when my response was delayed due to being on holiday.
What let’s this business down in my opinion and experience and why I have given a 3 rather than a 5 was the tone of emails from the customers service team. They were very blunt and I felt like I was being told off and had done something wrong on purpose, when it was a genuine mistake. It felt like they were on the defence without me even attacking. Not a nice experience.
Such a shame as all other aspects are second to none and given you can’t seem to buy children’s suits in the shops these days I thought I had found a real gem in this business. But, given the blunt response from their customer service team it is highly unlikely that I would use or promote this business again.
Showing kindness and being friendly really does go a very long way!

I just wanted to say from start to finish the service with SIRRI was amazing! I ordered a tux for my son’s prom and it wasn’t in stock so had to be delivered to them direct from the supplier then shipped to my address. I was told by the lovely lady on the phone that if I placed my order she would keep an eye on it and as soon as it arrived with them she would send my order out fast tracked! The suit was here within the week days before the prom! I am so glad we decided to purchase with SIRRI. First time ordering and will be coming back in the future! The suit was beautiful and my son looked so handsome and we got so many compliments. The price of the suit was fantastic keep up the good work guys. Thank you so much will be ordering again soon!

What a great company! Ordered 10+ total suits for my wedding and communication was outstanding. Had a few issues with sizes and was more than happy to help sort all issues out very very helpful. Suits are very well made, good material as well only issue come up a little small. Will definitely use again and recommend!

An excellent company providing real value and a proper service. Delivery to Ireland is fast (2 days) when the suit was too large the return was hassle free, and to an address in Ireland which was great. I would highly recommend this company, they seem dedicated to providing a quality product and service. 5 stars.

GREAT SUITS....NEED BETTER PACKAGING
I have purchased several items from Sirri for my sons. The suits are great quality. My obly suggestion would be better packaging. We pay decent prices so I feel the packaging could be better. Suits should come in garment bags. I will continue to purchase from Sirri. Great auits for my 2 teenage sons and toddler son.
Worst online purchase ever
I paid for items that were never delivered (Order No:000043987). SIRRI services are very bad. The delivery company claimed the item was picked up by me when I actually did not do so. I have given them evidence that I was not in the UK at the stated time. The customer service provides no assistance, just forwarding messages from the delivery company. I am highly disappointed. My first ever experience of buying things online, yet no product for it.
The tracking data said the item was collected in a local DPD store on Sept. 3. I had left the UK on that date.

Problems but finally resolved
Unfortunately I can't leave a zero star review.
Ordered 2 boys suits for an event 10 day proir. Delivery date came and went and still no suits. Contacted them to be told they were out for delivery.
Still never arrived.
Contacted them another 4 times and each tike was told it woukd arrive in time.
The day before I finally got through to talk to someone. Was told she's rung the warehouse and a replacement was being sent express delivery, to be delivered by 1pm the following day (the day of the event).
This cane and last and contacted them again through online messages.
Was again told that it was out for delivery (this is the day of the event).
Managed to find out the DPD parcel number, only to find it hadn't even been sent!! They hadn't even reviewed the parcel!!
Why not just say we can't get it to you and give us time to source a replacement?
Since my original review, we have received far better communication woth this company. And although nothing will change disappointment of what happened, they have made a generous offer to rectify this issue.

This resulted in a last-minute scramble around London to secure a suitable replacement. Regrettably, attempts to communicate via their phone lines proved fruitless, and the customer service team's effectiveness was notably lacking. I would strongly advise seeking alternative options to spare others from similar predicaments.
