The sit stand desk, as a product, is a fantastic edition to any remote/hybrid workspace. The product has great stability and you can adjust seamlessly from sitting to standing in seconds (even with a full cup of tea on the desk there are no spillages as the desk glides up and down very smoothly). I honestly can't fault the product at all and having the motorised version means there's no hassle adjusting from sitting to standing and vice versa.
My only criticism was that the customer services team did not contact me to confirm the actual date and time of delivery. I only found out that it was arriving when the courier called me half an hour before the delivery. This was on a day when I was in the office and not working from home. Thankfully, my partner was able to take delivery, otherwise I would have been in a pickle.
The courier did a great job of putting the desk together though and ultimately any miscommunications around delivery sit with the main customer services team.
Overall I'm very happy with the product and if there hadn't been the miscommunication around delivery I would be giving this 5 stars.

I received a new under desk power strip which was missing the mounting screws. After a quick email back and forth I had mounting screws and everything was working perfectly.

Ordered as a desk for home use. Arrived quicky and easily assembled. It is a cost effective option and we are happy with the appearance of it. The draw holds a few essentials but nothing heavy or thick. I also have a dual motor sit stand desk and prefer this one because it doesn't have the bar across the middle at floor level, which affects what you can put under the desk as storage options.

Ordered a yoyo desk 80. It arrived the same week and was simple to put together - no help needed.
As I wanted to keep my desk but just be able to stand and work at times the yoyo desk-top addition is perfect. A lot cheaper than buying a new desk!

Install in our office was quick. Solid product.

After have back problems for years and now neuropathy in my legs, standing at work rather than sitting is not a option , up to now have been using stacked up boxes/ plastic bins to raise screens and laptop so getting the Yo-Yo Desk was a joy!.
Well designed and well made and packed properly, works a treat and looks so neat, would recommend and a really good price ! Just need to get the Yo-Yo Mat now....

Opted for their FREE installation on fears of a courier damaging the large L-shaped table top in transit.

After 16 days of silence I phoned them, was confused by an automated choice of 7 (8?) types of enquiry, and got through to someone with a somewhat grumpy tone that explained I was through to sales and they didn't arrange installations. They mentioned that the person who arranges installations was on leave, and they'd leave a note for when they return.

Few days later I did get contacted about the installation, and installation did occur at exactly the time they said it would, but I wish I had not bothered.

The installer was friendly and polite, but didn't do a very good job. The large "L" table top is in fact two smaller pieces, which they did not line up the edges of very well. The screws that fix it to the metal work underneath were put in at awful angles (like 45º) and look awful. The digital controller was not attached straight. I took it off and repositioned it myself, to find that it actually has an adjustable mounting bracket the installed did NOT use.

The table itself is nice though - exactly has described on the website, with all the features I requested. Most importantly it can go as high and low as claimed, and has barely any wobble when fully extended: certainly good enough for typing.

The two-part table surface is MDF with a veneer, and there is a visible gap between the top surface veneer and the edging.

For the price, I was expecting a positive experience. I need another sit/stand desk, but will probably buy it from Amazon.co.uk and assemble it myself, and with a lot more care and attention to detail than sit-stand did.

Excellent customer service - prompt response and correction of my order with no fuss when I ordered the wrong colour by mistake. Great product with a great price and extras - really pleased.

So impressed with the first desk - i have just bought a second one for my wife!

I ordered a desk from the website, but was given a delivery date outside the time advertised on the website. The website misled me by advertising delivery within “X days”, but I was told this actually means “X working days”. I find this weaselly. But anyway, my delivery date was outside the X working days too. I was promised a free item as compensation. You wouldn’t believe how many times I had to chase before I finally received an item. But it came without a cable, so it’s useless to me. Since asking for a replacement, I have been completely ignored. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

Very quick resolution of order issue. There was an error in my order (wrong part sent), and the team sent the correct part immediately, later arranging collection of the incorrect part. All very quick and seamless.
