Easy process, good customer service and the installation was seamless. The quality of the desk is second to none.

Two sit stand desks were ordered, one in immaculate condition, the other not so! I sent a message advising of the damage (photos taken but not sent) asking for an alternative desk to be sent 2 weeks ago and I have had no response.
**UPDATE**
This review did activate a response that I had not received through the 'Contact Us' area of the company website, may I suggest a way of contacting customer service through this portal rather than sales only.
I was contacted by the Customer Service Department & I am happy to say that a replacement item was delivered this morning & has replaced the faulty item.
Only 4 stars due to the issues with actually being able to contact Sit-Stand.com through the Sales area that did not yield a reply.

Excellent, sturdy sit-stand riser
Was concerned it might feel rickety when it was shifting between levels, but it doesn't. It goes up and down smoothly. I also thought that these things needed to be electric to work properly [I have an electric sit/stand desk at work], but that was wrong as well - it's really easy to move up and down. I have tried various DIY solutions for a home sit/stand desk, but I really shouldn't have bothered - this YoYo desk riser is really good.

The desk and accessories are great and have transformed my working day in a very beneficial way. I also paid extra for the installation which made everything a complete breeze. High quality product and very happy.

Great desks, easy to assemble yourself.
2 desktops arrived damaged, not immediately visible through packaging.
Need better packaging / more careful handling.

Excellent service from sit-stand.com. website was easy to use and navigate, options to pick for my chosen setup where clear and order was processed without delay. Great comms from them to arrange delivery and installation. On the day, the installer was professional and polite. Setup completed in 30ms and was left clean and tidy.

Really good solution for a sit-stand scenario where you already have a desk. It really resist a good weight on it. I have the laptop plus a big monitor & accessories and it stands easily and feel stable to work on.

Love my new yoyo desk! Really sturdy and easy to adjust. Sit Stand were cheaper then anyone else and delivered within 2 days!

I bought the Flytta raiser medium after I had serious sciatica pains from working from home and sitting for too many hours a day. The desk was delivered really quickly, after a couple of days and was very easy to put together. It takes hardly no effort to move it up and down. It’s a good quality, well made product. I would recommend it to anyone.
One minor thing is that it is quite big and hardly fits on my small office desk. It would benefit from a retractable keyboard shelf which you could slide in when you finish work. In this model the shelf is fixed and sticks out.

Very happy with the sit-stand desk. It's assembly was straightforward and it's very easy to raise and lower. The quality is excellent and we would recommend this product.
